Hi,
Thanks for that, though the WordPress login details are not working. Please check and verify.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Could you try to clear the cache from your caching plugin and leave it deactivated to see if that helps? If not then please post screenshots of the issues and on which pages we can reproduce them.

You have this in the containing element which is causing that:
margin-bottom: -600px;Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi,
Sorry, we just updated our documentation. This is the correct link: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly
If that doesn’t help then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHi Kim,
I can’t reproduce the issue in your first screenshot on my end using Chrome. In which browser are you seeing that?
I can reproduce the other problem though but I’m not sure what is causing it. I’m not sure why you would need two caching plugins at the same time, and why do you need them active when your page is in under construction mode and you are having problems on the page? To me it feels like asking for trouble, could you deactivate them temporarily please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Timo,
I’m not sure to be honest with you, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.3.1) to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Did you try to update manually like I suggested? The instructions in the documentation is described step by step for you, which one are you specifically having problems with?

RikardMay 13, 2018 at 6:24 am in reply to: Events Calendar Pro Single Event View Displaying Details Twice #955937Hey kphillips22,
Please try this in Quick CSS to hide the one in the content:
.av-single-event-content .av-single-event-meta-bar { display:none; }Best regards,
RikardHi Sondre,
If you can’t reproduce the problem on the demo then it’s likely CSS on your local installation which is causing that. Are you sure that it’s not coming from your child theme?
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi,
Sorry for the problems, could you try to completely remove the theme folder from the server, then upload the latest version via FTP to see if that helps?

Is the problem the contact form? If not then please try to explain a bit further or post a screenshot of the problem.

RikardHi Kathrin,
I see that your site is up and running so I’m guessing you rolled back to 4.2? If you want to make sure that you won’t compromise your productions site, then I would recommend that you create a staging version of your site and perform the update there first. If you do that and you still get the error then we can have a look at it and your production site would still be running without any problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi xxtita,
Background images in general seems to be the problem like you pointed out, we should hopefully have fix available for this in the coming release of theme.

RikardHi again,
If you have a mock-up or screenshot highlighting your intentions then it’s easier for us to understand what you are looking to achieve.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the clarification, I’m still not sure if I understand exactly but I think I do. You have this code CSS in a CSS file which seems to be served by a caching plugin:
.av-section-bottom-logo { float: left; margin-top: 30px; max-width: 250px; }If you remove the max-width argument then your logo should look much different.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. You are using a Grid Row element on that page and that element is full width. Could you try 1/2 elements instead please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Timo,
Thanks for that, though I’m seeing the same behaviour as before like you mentioned. It looks like some .js files are cached by your caching plugins, could you try to clear and turn of the caching to see if that is the cause of the problem?
Best regards,
RikardHi Barbara,

RikardHey Steve,
You can try something like this in Quick CSS, though you will likely have problems with responsiveness:
#top #header .av-main-nav > li { padding: 0 30px; }Best regards,
RikardHi Hayek,
Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
