Are you referring to the CSS posted by Jordan? If so then no, it won’t be overwritten on updates if you keep it in a child theme or in Quick CSS.

Thanks for that. You are getting a 503 error on the admin-ajax.php WordPress file when the import fails. Could you try contacting your hosting provider to check why the server responds that way please?

Login details are not working, please check and verify. Did you try to reset your installation and try the import again? https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/

Thanks for the feedback, though I can’t see the problem highlighted in your screenshots on your actual site anymore. Did you try to clear your browser cache and reload the page? You could also try in an incognito window using Chrome.

Thanks for the login details. I tried editing your front page and I’m guessing the problem is the Text Block which won’t show the actual text, correct? If so then please try to activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, then try to copy all the shortcodes of the problem page to a new page to see if that helps.

Are you adding that in a Code Block or something similar? If so then it likely won’t work, please try it in functions.php in your child theme instead.

Thanks for that, I get the same problem on my end when I activate 4.2.6, though I can’t see any error messages at all either on the page or in the console which is a bit strange. Just a blank page without any clues as to what could be going wrong. We’ll be releasing 4.2.7 within the next few days, could you hold off with updating and try that version instead maybe? Since 4.0.7 seems to be working fine for you then it might be better to just wait for the next version.

We have no ability to offer test licenses unfortunately, but if you are unhappy with the theme after you have bought it, then you can always ask for a refund from Themeforest.

There is no functionality like that in the theme unfortunately. I’m not sure if WPML has such functionality, but you could try reaching out to them and ask.

Thanks for the details, I get the same problem when trying to import the default demo, I’m not sure why though. We’ve had other customers on GoDaddy having trouble before as well. First off, could you try to completely wipe your installation using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/, and then try the import again to see if that helps? You could also try to import the demo manually, you will find instructions in private.
