  background-color: transparent !important;
}

The cell in question has a lot of padding added to, you can change that in the Styling tab in the element options.

There’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately, I would suggest that you try using a dedicated form plugin instead.

Did you try to place empty widgets in the footer, and add your content to the last widget? Note that you can design your own footer in a page, and set it under Enfold->Footer.
