That is likely why the theme options are not applying.

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

@media only screen and (max-width: 1550px) {
  #menu-item-search {
    display: block !important;
  }
}

You can upload screenshots to an array of services and sites like Google Drive, Dropbox, Imgur, Snipboard etc. You can then link to the image in question here.

I can’t reproduce the problem on my end, I’m seeing the images in both Firefox and Safari. If you are getting different results depending on if you are logged in or not, then the problem is likely due to caching.
