Thank you Yigit, it looks better now!
Sorry we’ve changed the domain. It’s now on http://realit.ch/?page_id=3475#toggle-id-8
Thanks and regards
AlineHi Victoria,
The screenshots are in the post above. But here you go: http://imgur.com/a/qNlby#WAVSJas
As you can see the text is not on the same height on a lap top, also the layers in the slider have a different position than on a bigger screen.Kind regards
Alinefigured out the transition problem
Problem with responsiveness still occurs
The big problem is that it doesn’t show nicely on a laptop, in responsive mode.
Only if you reduce the size to 80% it looks ok, actually how it should look like. But it needs to be like that at 100% as well or at least the text positioning shouldn’t change!
Same thing for the header: if I change the position of the text layers to fit it to lap top screen, it doesn’t fit anymore to a bigger, computer screen, meaning the positioning there obviously looks different/wrong.Appreciate the help, we need to change this asap.
(Login in upper post is wrong, please see correct one below)
Kind regards
AlineAlso we’ve had to position the layers again because we were not able to see them on a lap top at all since the screen is much smaller than on our computers in the office. Now on the bigger screens the layers probably have the “wrong” position. How can we fix this problem?
Dear Ismael,
2) I’ve chosen 1024 for the responsive mode, is that why the layers don’t show on mobile because it’s obviously a much smaller screen?
3) For each slide I selected the transition:
I’ve again noticed that on my lap top the photos randomly slide in, always a different transition. I just want a simple fading in.Thanks and regards
Alineof course
of course. please see login data below.
Hey,
The problem is, we have several submenus and basically the size should not be the same everywhere because the titles are not always the same length of course, that is why I asked again. I have used the your code but as you can see “Bautreuhand / -management” is still not on one line, even when I tried adjusting it and making it bigger. And in the screenshot below the fields are much bigger.
The other problem is that the hovering looks weird on the left side. Actually we are going for the look on the right, where only the text itself is hovered, not the whole field.
Could you please have a look at our simple custom css, our programer has inserted all codes for the menu there but I have too little knowledge to know which ones I have to edit.
Thanks a lot for your help.
Kind regards,
AlineHey,
The hyphenation is not correct. The fields need to be bigger as shown in screenshot below:
E.g. the first word “Immobilienbewirtschaftung” needs to fit on one line everywhere without getting separated.
We have various sub and sub-submenus so I’d like to know the css code for them.
Thanks you and kind regards
AlineThanks Andy,
I think this changed the other menu item sizes:
How can we edit those?
Thanks and regards
AlineThanks Yigit, that worked just fine.
Is it possible to link the title to its pdf (instead of the pdf Icon below) and link the photo so when you click on it, it opens full size.
Kind regards,
AlineIt doesn’t work even if there is an URL inserted!
You can try it yourself. There is an URL for Stromproduktion now and it still doesn’t work.Hey we’ve updated the theme and figured that the plugin wp-typography is causing the issue with the codeblock. Although it wasn’t there from the beginning. Is there another way or another plugin to use for typography (especially hyphenation) that won’t cause the same issue?
Thanks and regards,
AlineThanks, the color changed and it’s italic now, although there is no hover color.
Can you tell me how to make the background bigger and more transparent as in the screenshot below:
Kind regards,
AlineThere is an URL inserted, it’s all fine in the backend. E.g. have a look at “Interdisziplinär” should be linked to its first subpage “Dienstleistungen”.
Hey,
Actually it’s this page http://realit2015.ch/?page_id=3292 and it’s the slider “Why Enfold – Small Slider”.
If you look at the content you can see how it’s showing italic/cursive and a different Color in the backend but it won’t adopt to FrontPage.Thanks and regards,
AlineOkay no problem and it worked, thank you.
Can the date (day) also be hidden so that only month and year is showing?
and instead of moving the pdf icon, can the title be linked to a specific pdf?Kind regards,
AlineOh I’m sorry. Here you go:
Yes, main menu is appearing fine because I changed the code block. But the code block was changed for some reason without me/us doing anything. There must have been something that caused it (another plugin or so?)
The problem is that even though the code block is correct again, pages do not save correctly.
If you open up a random page, edit something and save it, main and side menu ‘disappear’ again.
Only when I open up and save code block again after having done my other changes, then it shows correctly on front page.I tried showing the steps here to make it more clear:
http://realit2015.ch/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/code-block-problem.jpgYou can also try it out yourself in the backend.
This issue is occuring on evey page, not just that particular one I showed you.Another problem on that same page is another code block that isn’t showing correctly, although I don’t what the problem is there. Please have a look:

Alineworked perfectly, thank you.
sure, have a look at the Login details below.

AlineHi guys,
now it looks as wished. Problem solved, thanks a lot!
Cheers,
MichelThis worked, Yigit. Issue solved, thank you very much.
Best regards,
MichelThe thing is, if I put
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.responsive #top {
margin-top: 5px;
vertical-align: centered !important;
}}into quick css, it looks like this on mobile and even after adding
#wrap_all {
background-color: #ffffff;
}it’s still black. If I set a header height for mobile only and vertically center the logo, same thing happens. I just can’t get the background white or transparent. I thought that the socket background could have something to do with the background color of the whole website (e.g. on another website of mine, where to socket background is grey, the background of the whole website is grey as well).
Long story short, I want some (white) top margin to prevent the logo from sticking all the way on top.
Thanks for your support and best regards,

Thanks, Andy. Even after clearing browser cache this line still appears in Internet Explorer. Our client sees this line on his PC as well. On other websites, where we set header style as “minimal (no borders, indicators or transperancy)” we don’t have this issue (anymore). Any other ideas?
Best regards,

Hi Andy,
this is the line I’m talking about.
I think it’s because the header bevaviour is not fixed. I tried this code before:#header_main {
border-bottom: none;
}But it doesn’t work.
Best regards,
MichelHi Ismael,
unfortunatley this didn’t solve the issue but I figured out that the black background – when setting a positive margin-top – comes from the socket background. E.g. when I zoom in on my iphone and move the site left and right, the background is black as the socket.
Do you have any ideas to change this without changing the socket color?
Best regards,
