In fact, normally WPML would allow to translate the full code block, where you simply change the id of the form element that retrieves the english version, but as you said, it seems not to load it.
As you can see from the english contact page (https://kompetenz-check.ch/en/contact/), all other page elements (to the right, top or bottom) have been properly translated, except the form element to the left.

following your request for translation, here it comes:

On https://kompetenz-check.ch we offer – amongst other – a small blog in German (main language) and English. In the Child Theme, a separate page was created with the extended layout editor and activated in order to incorporate a Blog title and its purpose, followed by a Masonry overview of all the blog posts (currently only one post). This works fine in the original German language. The corresponding texts could be easily translated with WPML. However, if you change view from German to English, the blog page is not displayed, that is: Both the top introductory blog text, as well as the Masonry element are not displayed (the content shows white area). Any solution for this?

Vielen Dank für Deine Unterstützung. Wir haben das Thema betreffend Germanized Pro an Vendidero weitergereicht und sind gespannt, ob wir darauf eine weiterführende Antwort erhalten.

Was das Ausblenden von Preis und MwSt.-Informationen auf der Startseite angeht, haben wir das zwischenzeitlich mit Quick-CSS in Eurem Theme gelöst – allerdings ist uns immer noch unklar, wie allenfalls die MwSt.-Information “inkl. MwSt,” auch auf der jeweiligen Produktseite (wo die Preisangabe ja Sinn macht) ausgeblendet werden kann.
