Your favicon image seems to be in webp format (link in private content), please try to change it to png.
Also, a plugin maybe responsible for it so try to temporarily disable image compression plugins and clear cache.

Is woocommerce plugin enabled on your site? the function is_product_category is defined in woocommerce so that error should not show up if the plugin is enabled.

Theme license is managed by Themeforest/Envato and generally not transferrable, you can see further information in their FAQ page, what you can do is to generate a private token for your client with sufficient permissions as shown in the image below

And then give it to your client and it must be exclusively used only by your client.
