The tooltip can’t be constantly be under the logo, since it’s generated on hover. The only solutions for what you want to achieve is to override/replace the current partner/logo element, which requires modification of some code.

It’s removed. I modified Enfold Child > Sidebar Settings > Sidebar on Pages, set this no sidebar. In Enfold Child > Theme Options > Frontpage Settings changed to Home, and in Settings > Reading > Front page displays set to Your latest posts (the default, so it doesn’t interfere with Enfold Theme Options). And cleared the cache from wp rocket. Hope it’s all good :)

Since you’re site is showing 500 (Internal Server Error) because those codes aren’t recognized in the server where your site is hosted. :( Please ask assistance from your webhost since you can’t just assign memory limit without more than what they have allocated you and they know more how to set the settings.

I have checked it and it seems to have same problem, http error appears when uploading images, you can see in Media > Library the images I attempted to upload. You can try to remove all files in lang folder except these two enfold.pot and enfold.mo (or if you have another language enabled). That should be 14mb total.

You can try to press ctrl + f5 when refreshing your page, to make sure it loads the new files, also you might need to flush out the cache in the wordpress dashboard, if you are using a caching plugin.

The first code worked but as for the 2nd one the hover code should be:

.social_bookmarks_facebook > a:hover {
    color: #fff !important;
}

.social_bookmarks_linkedin > a:hover {
    color: #fff !important;
}

However, you have a white header background, I would suggest including a background color on the social icon as well so the white social icon can still be seen.
