Seems good to me, if I try to make it go higher the button will also cover the arm. Also just to make sure that what I see on my end is the same as yours, can I ask for a screenshot of how it looks on your mobile device? and if it would be okay if I put a large gap between text above the button and the button (text above the arm, button below the arm)?

Yes, I haven’t seen ALB used on any of the demo’s single product pages, you can use ALB, we just don’t recommend it but we won’t be stopping you from using it.

It’s fixed and just to be clear we are just trying to help, I suggested updating Enfold and reporting it as a bug since it’s I could not replicate the issue you have on your site (I used same settings as you have), the main difference between your site and my local server was the version of Enfold.

Hmm, the reset should be found in Tools > WP Reset > then type wp-reset on the textfield to reset it, but since you have reset it already it’s good.

Yes you can use video, unfortunately since the WP 4.9 update there were changes in the video and Kriesi & our devs are already working on fixing the issue with Enfold 4.2 and WP 4.9, but normally it would work.

I’m not really sure I get what you meant by sliding blocks horizontal, can you post a link to the page showing the block that you want to have that behavior.

Yes it’s safe (99.9% of the time), in my experience I didn’t have any issues, also since you have new installation there’s no data that is at risk so I would really suggest to use it. If you have existing data I would suggesting backing up first. :)

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

First you need to register: https://kriesi.at/support/register/ (you will be asked for the purchase code) after you have successfully registered, go to https://kriesi.at/support/ and select the theme you are using for example Enfold, then at the bottom of that page you should see

Create New Topic in “Enfold”

You should be able to create a new thread/topic from there

I don’t think changing the menu buttons background color to be transparent would help since you have a white background. You can change the background color (would suggest other colors) of the menu button by adding this css code in Quick CSS:

#top #advanced_menu_toggle {
    background-color: transparent;
}

put it inside this part of the code Victoria gave:

Yes, there is a setting in our Theme Options called Demo Import which you can select which demo you want to use.

I believe you are referring to child theme, to be exact using child theme will preserve the changes you made and wouldn’t be lost during a theme update since during theme update all files in the parent theme are replaced. Yes, this feature is available in wordpress itself (whatever theme has this).

First instal the zip code to use the theme upload button on wordpress, so far so good. But then? what do i have to do next?

After installing the theme and activating it, you just need to go to Enfold > Demo Import > select a Demo and click Import, wait for it to finish and that should be it. You can check for the frontend and modify the parts you want to change. Hope this helps :)
