I have tested it and tried the same settings on local server and could not reproduce the same issue. And I can’t see any js errors also, it’s pretty much a guess on what’s causing it, you can probably try the following things, disable all plugins, use the parent theme (enfold), re-install wordpress and enfold, if that doesn’t fix the issue may create a subdomain with a fresh wordpress install and just enfold then create a form, maybe that’ll help isolate and know what’s causing the issue, if that still doesn’t work then it’s definitely something with the setup of your webhost.

I have checked it and it seems to be working fine and the code is in Quick CSS, as for changing the color of the rotating circle, just add this css code in Quick CSS and replace the color:

#top .av-siteloader-wrap .av-siteloader {
    border-left-color: red !important;
}

Hi,

Thanks for giving us all the login access, you can change the password now. The slider is working and found out that the one causing the issue was the script inside the textblock which is located at the bottom of your homepage, you can check the script in private content. I have removed it and it worked fine. Let us know if you need further assistance :)

Can you try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

If you have modified any files of the Enfold theme, we suggest using a child theme: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ this way you can make modifications without losing them on the theme update. As for the instruction on the other thread, you just need to turn on custom css, which can now be done in Enfold > Layout Builder > and check Show element options for developers: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/

As for the js code, you just need to add it on the functions.php of the child theme. Hope it helps.
