Hi Corina,

I’m not very familiar with hummingbird plugin.
I think you can still use the plugin but maybe disable minification for js files and it’s more likely to work fine.

Hi agorton,

The content of your child theme is basically the same as Enfold 3.8, which still uses envato API key instead of tokens.
The child theme should only contain files that overrides the parent theme, here’s an example of it’s basic files: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/
I suggest you just use the one with the later version.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
  ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Hey Markus,

Yes, you’ll need to do the following steps:
1. Use a child theme: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/
2. Copy header.php from Enfold (parent theme) and paste it in the child theme.
3. Tweak child theme’s header.php content, just remove those meta tags and this code:
```
if (function_exists('avia_set_follow')) { echo avia_set_follow(); }
```

However I could not find the testimonial slider on your site, maybe I just missed it, can you give us the exact link?
Also, I checked our testimonial sliders in IE 11, and it seems to work fine, you can check it here: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/testimonials/
Can you try to disable all plugins temporarily and check if it resolves the issue? if yes, you can enable them one by one to know which one is causing the issue.

We have already submitted a ticket with this issue but atm we still could not identify what’s causing this issue on some users.
For now, the temporary solution I could recommend is to use an instagram plugin.

I have tested it also using Windows 10 & Chrome browser.
I tweaked the about page’s content (just replaced . with !, and returned it again) and was able to do so without any issues and I could view the backend properly.
If there are any steps we could try to reproduce the issue please let us know.
