Why is frontend dashboard not working? I can only add a listing on the wordpress dashboard- for institution directory (not sure if this should be directed to institution directory plugin
What plugin are you using for institution directory?

I want to show my twitter, instagram and Facebook feeds on blog side bar but your account is showing, I have changed it severally but it is not working.
You can remove it in Appearance > Widgets > Sidebar Blog and Displayed Everywhere

I want to add widgets to all my directory pages on the website
Try adding it in Appearance > Widgets > Displayed Everywhere

I want to add another listing (user listing), is it possible for payment to work for it as well or payment only works for your listing.institution directory (maybe i will direct to institution directory)

Can you try adding this CSS code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:

}

    background-color: transparent !important;
}

Thanks for giving us the link, can you try adding this CSS code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:

#h1.main-title.entry-title {
    white-space: nowrap;
    overflow: hidden;
    text-overflow: ellipsis;
    width: 450px;
    max-width: 100%;
}

Just adjust the width value.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Go to Enfold > Main Menu > Burger/Mobile Menu (tab) > Menu Overlay Style set to Sidebar Flyout Menu (Classic).

Unfortunately disabling landscape rotation for mobile devices isn’t something that we can do.
I think what we can do is set a maximum width for your site when the mobile device is in landscape mode, can you give us a link to your site? so maybe we can try to inspect and give you the right CSS codes to use.
