Hi meRQEFbJdALJWJwXZuEdEyQRGSyChAJ3w6kb3BBSPdx4S6DKVT,
You’re welcome. :)
When you update the theme to latest version then clear the cache, those enfold related warnings will be gone but it also shows warning from Profile Builder Pro.
If you already upgraded to the latest version and Profile Builder Pro is patched then you can deactivate and remove the enable jQuery migrate helper plugin.Best regards,
NikkoHi Cynthia Calvin,
Yes, it is discontinued and we are only focusing on the Enfold theme as stated in the article since it is no longer viable to maintain our other themes.
Unfortunately at this point recreation of content is inevitable since WordPress is doing major updates and PHP versions are changing at a rapid rate right now.Best regards,
NikkoHi jasperlemmers,
We’re glad to hear that :)
Let us know if you need further assistance or if we can close this thread.Best regards,
NikkoHi Jooster,
You don’t need to manually copy, first use your child theme, go to Enfold Child > Import/Export > click Export Theme Settings File button.
Switch to the parent theme, go to Enfold > Import/Export > click Upload Theme Settings File button and import the exported file.
Hope this helps :)Best regards,
NikkoHi WalnutHillDesign,
We’re glad that we could help :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi KeyshaunSmith,
You should be able to use Appearance > Customize now.
I have installed and activated File Manager plugin which temporarily fixes the issue.
To fix this, please update to the latest version of Enfold (4.7.6.3) and the plugin won’t be needed.Best regards,

NikkoHi James,
Thanks for contacting us!
I tried to login using the credentials you gave however it returns:Unknown username. Check again or try your email address. You should be able to update in WP Dashboard > Enfold > Theme Update.
If there’s no token in Enter a valid Envato private token field, please request it from the one who purchased the theme.
The token should have the following permissions:- View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
- View your Envato account username
- View your email address
- View your account profile details
- Download your purchased items
- Verify purchases of your item
- List purchases you’ve made
Best regards,
NikkoHi elfuego1340 ,

Thanks also for using Enfold.
Have a great day!Best regards,

NikkoSeptember 8, 2020 at 11:13 am in reply to: Avia Builder Layout Elements are grayed out on pages (but work fine on posts) #1244248Hey Greatersun,
Seems like the element below it has taken the space (though visually it looks okay).
Please try to use a child theme, you can download it here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/
Instructions on how to use it can also be found on the link.
Then try adding this code in functions.php of the child theme:function avia_builder_fix() { echo '<style> #avia_builder { float: none; } </style>'; } add_action('admin_head', 'avia_builder_fix', 99);Best regards,
NikkoHey meRQEFbJdALJWJwXZuEdEyQRGSyChAJ3w6kb3BBSPdx4S6DKVT,
Can you try to install and activate this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
Wordpress 5.5 has made a major change which includes the removal of jQuery migrate plugin which is used by many plugins and themes, including the Enfold theme, with this plugin jQuery migrate is plugged in back to the site and most likely would fix that issue. This incompatibility issue was fixed beginning with Enfold 4.7.6.2 so we suggest to update to the latest version of Enfold so you can deactivate and remove this plugin unless some plugins haven’t updated yet for WP 5.5.Best regards,
NikkoHi Charlotte,
The First Column has a 10px top margin which pushes down the image.
The Second Column has a -10px top margin which pulls the image up.Best regards,

NikkoHi Christian,
I have checked it on Firefox and Edge as well and it looks good.
Are you familiar with using a web inspector? if you are I suggest you’ll right-click and inspect the images and find out their height.
Just do it on all images on the 10th row, maybe it’s higher on the first 2 columns in the 10th row.
I have inspected it and the actual height (including the padding) it’s 148.09px on all images.Best regards,
NikkoHi Aurora,
Switching PHP version would require access to cPanel or hPanel or WHM, etc, it cannot be changed via FTP or WP Dashboard.
Here’s a tutorial on how you can do it via cPanel: https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/cpanel/how-to-change-the-php-version-your-account-uses/
If you can give us cPanel access then we can do it for you, otherwise you can try asking your hosting provider instead.Best regards,
NikkoHi Talker77,
It’s being set in the inner container, please try using this CSS code:
#top .avia_message_box .avia_message_box_content { font-weight: normal; }Best regards,

If installing the plugin didn’t help, you can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/ and do the following steps (it also works for plugins):- Make sure this plugin is installed and activated.
- Download zip file of your theme’s most recent version.
- Log in to WordPress as and Admin and go to Appearance > Themes.
- Click on the ADD NEW button.
- Click on the UPLOAD THEME button.
- Click BROWSE and choose your zip file you downloaded.
- Click the INSTALL NOW button.
If it fails for some reason, you can do manual updating via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp (I would suggest via cPanel since FTP is slow)

NikkoSeptember 8, 2020 at 6:51 am in reply to: DeBugging Error due to Theme conflict with Gutenberg #1244171Hi Dave,
Thanks for providing the staging site and cPanel access.
You can remove now the temporary access and change passwords. In your staging site, I noticed a few things:
1. Using the Enfold theme (4.7.5) works fine, but if child theme is used it does not work (not really sure why, since your child theme doesn’t contain any modification)
2. Installed WP File Manager with child theme also works fine (Enfold still 4.7.5), I have installed the plugin on your live site so you can make changes in Appearance > Customize
3. I updated the Enfold theme to 4.7.6.3, still used the child theme and removed WP File Manager, works properlyI suggest updating Enfold to the latest version, as a temporary solution to your live site #2 is implemented.
Best regards,
NikkoHi Christian,
I have checked it using Windows 10 64-bit and Google Chrome 85.0.4183.83 (Official Build) (64-bit) and I couldn’t see any issue, please see the screenshot in private content. Can you try to clear the browser cache or use Chrome’s incognito mode?
