    Hey hylandgraphics,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Borissimo,

    I see, please do the following on the child theme:
    – remove this code in class-form-generator.php (line 1):

    if (  ! defined( 'AVIA_FW' ) ) {	exit( 'No direct script access allowed' );	}

    do not remove

    – in functions.php, remove this code I gave:

    include_once get_template_directory_uri() . "/class-form-generator.php";

    with:

    require_once( get_stylesheet_directory(). '/class-form-generator.php' );

    Hi mreinisch71,

    You’re welcome, we’re glad that we could help :)
    I believe it’s due to caching and it took some time to take effect.
    Thanks for using Enfold as well and have a great day!

    Hi zwalkcodes,

    The previous versions of Enfold is in private content, please check.
    As for the following questions:
    1) There are now double header images.
    I have checked the backend and there are 2 Color Sections with background images, the memberium shortcodes you have only takes effect on the inside of the color section.

    2) The Lesson Progress [lms_topics] is no longer showing up as before. The breadcrumbs need adequate padding on both sides. (it seems to be this way on every module page)
    Is [lms_topic] shortcode from learndash? I don’t see it in https://www.uncannyowl.com/knowledge-base/learndash-shortcodes/ however I could see the Learn Progress text above that is generated by it.

    3) Top padding needed on main course name header – I added 150px on the sweetest love course but the rest seem like they need this adjustment too.
    Yes, it would need adjustment on it.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Borissimo,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    However I apologize for the mistake I made, I added this code in your child theme’s functions.php (line 8):

    include_once "class-form-generator.php";

    which is causing issue, it should be replaced with:

    include_once get_template_directory_uri() . "/class-form-generator.php";

    I really apologize for it.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi djcopywriter,

    I have checked on it again, and I see that the setting is set to Selected Fix WP bug, disable unique timestamp and Delete Old CSS and JS file is checked.
    Since FTP credentials didn’t work for me, I have installed this plugin File Manager Advanced (which is now deactivated) to check it.
    And the error_logs at the root shows this (I have replaced the real IP address and site address):

    [30-Sep-2020 02:02:22 UTC] PHP Notice: Constant FS_METHOD already defined in /home/djwriter/public_html/yoursite.com/wp-config.php on line 72
    [30-Sep-2020 02:02:22 UTC] PHP Notice: Constant FS_CHMOD_DIR already defined in /home/djwriter/public_html/yoursite.com/wp-config.php on line 72
    [30-Sep-2020 02:02:22 UTC] PHP Notice: Constant FS_CHMOD_FILE already defined in /home/djwriter/public_html/yoursite.com/wp-config.php on line 72

    The warning you showed on top never showed again (last one was Sept 6) even when WordPress debugging is turned on.

    wp-content > debug.log file shows this:

    [01-Oct-2020 06:57:09 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: 1.1.1.1 in /home/djwriter/public_html/yoursite.com/wp-content/mu-plugins/gd-system-plugin/plugins/limit-login-attempts-reloaded/core/LimitLoginAttempts.php on line 224

    wp-content > error_logs shows this:

    [29-Sep-2020 23:34:50 UTC] PHP Notice: Constant FS_METHOD already defined in /home/djwriter/public_html/yoursite.com/wp-config.php on line 72
    [29-Sep-2020 23:34:50 UTC] PHP Notice: Constant FS_CHMOD_DIR already defined in /home/djwriter/public_html/yoursite.com/wp-config.php on line 72
    [29-Sep-2020 23:34:50 UTC] PHP Notice: Constant FS_CHMOD_FILE already defined in /home/djwriter/public_html/yoursite.com/wp-config.php on line 72

    If on other sites the cause of the issue is Selected Fix WP bug, disable unique timestamp setting then try this option Disable adding unique timestamps only.
    If it does not take effect immediately then most likely it’s due to caching, it may be best to keep it for few days for testing.

    Nikko

    Hi mreinisch71,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    I have deleted those extra js and css files in dynamic_avia folder and then have chosen this setting Fix WP bug, disable unique timestamps and it seems to work fine now.
    Please check.

    Hi Jeff,

    Please remove that IP address from the whitelisted address and replace with the one in private content.
    My IP Address is dynamic so it does change from time to time :(
    Please save your homepage as a template, then try to remove sections from it, and maybe you can find which one is causing it since it only happens on the homepage.
    If you can find it then you won’t need to whitelist the IP I provided.

    Hi Christian,

    We apologize for the inconvenience however we are only using the standard WordPress has set in generating these image sizes.
    Once again we thank you for using Enfold and have a wonderful day :)

    Hi Ernest,

    Do you have access to cPanel or something similar to it? if you have please try to check it there but this also is different in each hosting provider.
    For example in hostinger in their hPanel (similar to cPanel), there’s an option to change it in Advanced > PHP Configuration > PHP Options (screenshot is provided in private content).
    Here’s also some other ways to change it: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/how-to-increase-the-maximum-file-upload-size-in-wordpress (but based on what you said I believe you could not change it via .htaccess).
    If none is available to you then the only option is to ask your hosting provider.
    If it takes long before they respond then please install via cPanel: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#install-vianbspcpanel
    If you don’t have access, then do the FTP install which is pretty slow but it’s better to have an alternative solution: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#ftp-install

    Hi,

    @jrs76
    Can you give us a link to your site? you can post it in private content if you don’t want it to be seen in public.

    @ironsledge
    I have checked your site and you’re still using Enfold 4.5.7 and WordPress 5.5.1, the recent major update from WordPress removed jQuery Migrate file which is used in Enfold 4.7.6.1 and below. To temporarily fix this install and activate Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin, then backup your site and update Enfold to the latest version (4.7.6.3) which should permanently fix it, once done you can remove the plugin.

    Hi Ernest Schoenmaker,

    Can you try to set Max input time to 60? currently it’s still set to 30, you can check this in the link in private content, and go to Server.
    Please try to follow these steps:

    1. Login to ThemeForest and download the Enfold theme.
    2. Right-click over the downloaded zip file and extract/unzip it.
    3. It should generate a new folder, open it and look for the enfold folder
    4. Right-click the enfold folder then zip it, here’s a tutorial on how to create a zip file in windows: https://www.howtogeek.com/668409/how-to-zip-and-unzip-files-on-windows-10/ (this should create enfold.zip
    5. Log in to WordPress as and Admin.
    6. Install and activate a maintenance plugin and put your site in Maintenance mode.
    7. Go to Appearance > Themes, switch to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty then delete Enfold.
    8. Click on the ADD NEW button.
    9. Click on the UPLOAD THEME button.
    10. Click BROWSE and choose enfold.zip file
    11. Click the INSTALL NOW button and switch to Enfold or your child theme.
    12. Remove the maintenance mode then deactivate and remove the maintenance plugin.

    Best regards,

    Hey Takara22,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    I have checked the Theme Options and it seems to work properly.
    Your browser might still be using cached js files which causes the issue.
    Please clear the browser cache or if in Chrome browser use incognito mode.
    Hope this helps.

    Hey daropress,

    You’re still using Enfold 3.4.7 and WordPress 4.7.18, please update to the latest version of Enfold and WordPress.
    You can follow this procedure to update to the latest version of Enfold since updating via Theme Options is not possible in your case (make sure to have a backup as well, just in case):

    1. Login to ThemeForest and download the Enfold theme.
    2. Right-click over the downloaded zip file and extract/unzip it.
    3. It should generate a new folder, open it and look for the enfold folder

    Hi frankeee,

    We’re glad to hear that, you might be using the recently released versions of PHP 7.4 (7.4.9 or 7.4.10).
    Rest assured our theme should be fully compatible with these recently released PHP versions once newer versions of Enfold is released.
    Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!

    Best regards,
    Nikko
