October 13, 2020 at 10:13 am in reply to: Error message: There has been a critical error on your website. #1252497
Hi Stephen,
If the permissions are sufficient in the token then the only possibility that I could think of is the site server having some firewall that blocks Envato.
Best regards,
NikkoOctober 13, 2020 at 8:35 am in reply to: Error message: There has been a critical error on your website. #1252469Hi Stephen McAteer,
I apologize I failed to see that with 1 regular license and token you can only use it one website only.
With both staging and your live site, it makes two which Envato wouldn’t allow. Then the workaround is to do manual updates on the staging and via theme options in live site.Best regards,
NikkoHi creativeopole,
Please try adding this code in functions.php of your child theme:
function woo_remove_product_tabs( $tabs ) { unset( $tabs['additional_information'] ); return $tabs; } add_filter( 'woocommerce_product_tabs', 'woo_remove_product_tabs', 98 );Best regards,

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!

October 9, 2020 at 5:05 am in reply to: Feature request: WooCommerce Enable Banner for Attribute Archive pages #1251617Hi thinkjarvis,
I understand though performance vs flexibility is always weighed in because adding features causes bloating of themes.
Your request will be reviewed and hopefully, it would be added.
As for the mods you have made, if you can post it here for the benefit of other people that needs it, we would surely appreciate it :)Best regards,
NikkoHi laserblaze,
Please try to use this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
Or you can try to follow these steps to update Enfold manually (make sure to have a backup):
- Login to ThemeForest and download the Enfold theme.
- Right-click over the downloaded zip file and extract/unzip it.
- It should generate a new folder, open it and look for the enfold folder
- Right-click the enfold folder then zip it, here’s a tutorial on how to create a zip file in windows: https://www.howtogeek.com/668409/how-to-zip-and-unzip-files-on-windows-10/ (this should create enfold.zip
- Log in to WordPress as and Admin.
- Install and activate a maintenance plugin and put your site in Maintenance mode.
- Go to Appearance > Themes, switch to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty then delete Enfold.
- Click on the ADD NEW button.
- Click on the UPLOAD THEME button.
- Click BROWSE and choose enfold.zip file
- Click the INSTALL NOW button and switch to Enfold or your child theme.
- Remove the maintenance mode then deactivate and remove the maintenance plugin.
Best regards,
NikkoHi navindesigns,
I apologize for that, I have added this CSS code in order to fix it on the 8 boxes below:
@media only screen and (min-width:960px) { #top .boxes .flex_column.av_one_fourth { width: 23.5%; margin-left: 2%; } #top .boxes .flex_column.av_one_fourth.first { margin-left: 0; } }Best regards,
NikkoHi Tier1Graphics,
I apologize I spoke too soon.
The Real Estate website seems to work properly just with the default setting, however, Tier One site seems to have that issue, I tried again with Fix WP bug, disable unique timestamps and it seems to work properly. Please try to check within few or several days and give us feedback if it’s working positively.Best regards,
NikkoHi Tier1Graphics,
Thanks for giving us cPanel access.
I have checked it and observed for some time if it regenerates css and js files from time to time and it seems Fix WP bug, add unique timestamps is working properly and did not see anything added. Though you should expect it to generate css and js every time a change is being made in the Theme Options.Best regards,
NikkoHi hylandgraphics,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I tested the with the default settings and it does not work as well as the one you used in Easy WP SMTP.
I tried to use WP Mail SMTP as it seems to be more recommended by InMotion Hosting and followed their instruction here: https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/email/how-to-install-setup-wp-mail-smtp/ however it doesn’t work as well, I would suggest asking for InMotion support for assistance regarding this.Best regards,
NikkoHi Jeff,
I apologize for the delayed response.
I have been trying to check on your site however every time I make changes on the staging site it goes:This site can’t be reachedbut goes live again the next day, can you try to check the error_logs and give us the errors that appear there?
The modifications I made are just basically creating a new page and making a template and no code at all.Best regards,

NikkoHey Charlotte,
It only has 1 file format TTF, you’ll need to generate EOT, WOFF, WOFF2, SVG.
You should be able to find some online font converter to convert it.
Then please follow the instructions in our documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/typography/#how-to-upload-custom-fontsBest regards,
NikkoHi thanosky,
Please delete dynamic_avia folder then go to Enfold > Performance > Unique timestamp of merged files and WP object cache bug, then set it to Fix WP bug, add unique timestamps.
Check for some time and check if this resolves the issue, if not then please try the other 2 remaining options.Best regards,
NikkoHey creativecrowddigital,
Thanks for providing us a screenshot.
For the lost Theme Options menu, that is because WordPress 5.5 has removed jQuery migrate which is used by Enfold 4.7.6.1 and below.
To temporarily fix this, you can install and activate this plugin: Enable jQuery Migrate Helper
This issue is addressed in the latest version of Enfold (if you plan to update now then make a backup first), once updated you can safely remove the plugin unless it’s other plugins also use jQuery Migrate file.
As for the warning, the icon font is most likely corrupted, go to Enfold > Import/Export > Iconfont Manager and delete the extra fonts and check.
Then try to reinstall them.Best regards,
NikkoOctober 7, 2020 at 6:28 am in reply to: Getting a “critical error” message when going to appearance> edit CSS. #1251023Hi rolanddon,
Unfortunately, we are only allowed to reply on this thread.
You can change the spacing by using this CSS code and adding it in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS:#top #header .av-main-nav > li > a { padding: 0 13px; }Just replace 13px to another value (it represents 13px padding to the left and right).
Hope it helps.Best regards,
NikkoHey caleighdemien,
Please try adding this CSS code in Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width:1084px) { .responsive #top .av-main-nav .menu-item { display: none; } .responsive #top .av-main-nav .menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } } @media only screen and (max-width:320px) { .responsive #top #wrap_all .main_menu { position: static; } }Best regards,
NikkoHey mennomolendijk,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have checked via web inspector and found this error:Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'split' of undefinedwhich is coming from wp-content/plugins/fifu-premium/includes/html/js/video.js?ver=4.7.7
Please disable this plugin: Featured Image from URL | FIFU Premium and you should see it working properlyBest regards,
NikkoHi Justin A Staples,
Thanks for letting us know, We’ll report it :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey Michael Moore,
Thanks, these permissions needed to be checked on that token, currently, its permission is not sufficient:
- View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
- View your Envato account username
- View your email address
- View your account profile details
- Download your purchased items
- Verify purchases of your item
- List purchases you’ve made
Best regards,
NikkoHi Tier1Graphics,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I tried to use File Manager plugin but it can’t open dynamic_avia folder.
I also tried the credentials using the IP via FTP or cPanel, it doesn’t work please check.
The first thing I do to access cpanel is either using the IP you gave or the link in private content, however, the credentials you gave aren’t accepted.Best regards,

NikkoHi navindesigns,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have put boxes in the Color Section (with those 12 boxes) > Advanced > Developer Settings > Custom CSS Class.
Then using that class, I have added this CSS code in Quick CSS.#top .boxes .flex_column_table .flex_column.av_one_fourth { width: 23.5%; margin-left: 2%; } #top .boxes .flex_column_table .flex_column.av_one_fourth.first { margin-left: 0; } #top .boxes .flex_column_table .av-flex-placeholder { width: 2%; } @media only screen and (max-width:959px) { #top .boxes .flex_column_table { display: block; } #top .boxes .flex_column_table .flex_column.av_one_fourth { display: block; float: left; width: 48%; margin-left: 4%; } #top .boxes .flex_column_table .flex_column.av_one_fourth:nth-child(5) { margin-left: 0; } #top .boxes .av-flex-placeholder { display: none; } }If you need to use the same thing on other pages, just use the same settings and then put boxes as the Custom CSS Class.
Best regards,

October 7, 2020 at 3:42 am in reply to: Icon font manager will not import fontello icon pack #1251007Hi CurlyHost,
No, it didn’t work on me as well.
Upon further investigation, I found out that PHP ZipArchive Extension is disabled.
Please enable it first and font.zip should work properly.
You should be able to enable it in cPanel (though it varies in each host), if you can’t find it then please ask your hosting provider for assistance.Best regards,
NikkoHi Design2,
Yes, all elements are available, it’s the same theme just different demos and different theme settings.
Some elements though are unlocked when some plugins are installed for example, when Woocommerce is activated Product Slider, Product Grid and Product List are then unlocked.Best regards,
NikkoOctober 6, 2020 at 4:30 pm in reply to: AVIA LAYOUT EDITOR DOES NOT WORL SUDDENLY WITHOUT OUR INTERACTION #1250879Hi Schmidchen,
This is fixed, some of the theme files are missing and I just added it.
You’re still using PHP version 5.6.40 which is really slow and already outdated, please update it to version 7.3.Best regards,
