NikkoHi Stephen,
Sure, we’ll wait for your feedback.
Here’s another thing that you could also try:
1. Use a Grid Row, delete the 2nd column (by default it has 2 columns)
2. Edit the column (not the grid row) then set the padding to 0.
3. Add the image.Best regards,
NikkoHi Tallnick,
I can’t seem to find where the error appears, I checked both in frontend and backend and I might have missed it.
Also, the PHP version used is still PHP 7.1, please update to PHP 7.3.Best regards,
NikkoHi vantagepointmg,
The current size of your logo is 1085x510px and it is reduced to 319x150px, unfortunately, the browsers are not good at handling reducing image sizes, I would suggest that you use an image processing software such as photoshop (or anything) to adjust the size to 319x150px then use it to upload. This will give you 2 benefits, first one is sharper image and the second one is performance since image is optimized and smaller in size (faster page load time).
Best regards,
NikkoHi Jarmo,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

This plugin is causing some js errors in the web console: WPML XLIFF
I have deactivated the plugin and it seems to work properly now.
Please check and let us know if you need further assistance.Best regards,
NikkoHi Wulius,
Yes, please do the following:
1. Click the image and add a link to it, then paste the image URL (the one you want to appear in the lightbox, you can open a new tab and open Media > Library and copy the URL from there)
2. Switch the mode from Visual to Text and you should see something like this (only for 1 image)<a href="http://website.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/image.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-965" src="https://website.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/image-300x150.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="150" /></a>3. After the href add a class attribute with a value of lightbox ( class=”lightbox” ) the code should look like this:
<a href="http://website.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/image.jpg" class="lightbox"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-965" src="https://website.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/image-300x150.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="150" /></a>4. Repeat these steps on your other images.
Hope it helps :)Best regards,
NikkoHi Zaccc,
We’re glad to hear that :)

NikkoHi bowlandwalks,
I have checked the link you gave however I do not see any slider in there.
Can you give us a screenshot on how it looks on your end? and maybe give us as well a visual of what you’re trying to achieve?Best regards,
NikkoHey Zaccc,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I added a Custom CSS Class to the masonry gallery, I just named it masonry-col-7.
Then in Quick CSS, I added this CSS code:#top .masonry-col-7 .av-masonry-entry { width: 14.2857142%; } @media only screen and (max-width:767px) { #top .masonry-col-7 .av-masonry-entry { width: 100%; } }If you have another masonry gallery which has 7 columns, just add masonry-col-7 to its Custom CSS Class
Let us know if this helps or if it needs adjustments.Best regards,

NikkoOctober 19, 2020 at 3:16 pm in reply to: A bit URGENT :) – Enfold theme and child theme update not working #1253999Hey nordkamm,
The lost Theme Options menu is caused by WordPress 5.5 which has removed jQuery migrate which is used by Enfold 4.7.6.1 and below.
To temporarily fix this, you can install and activate this plugin: Enable jQuery Migrate Helper
This issue is addressed in the latest version of Enfold (if you plan to update now then make a backup first), once updated you can safely remove the plugin unless it’s other plugins also use jQuery Migrate file.
Best regards,
NikkoHi Tallnick,
We’re glad to hear that :)
If the question is similar to the topic then we can continue on this thread, otherwise, I would advise creating a new thread.Best regards,
NikkoHi Sabine,
We’re glad that we could help :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi John,
I see, that would make it more complicated since the responsive versions are also in the equation.
I think the easier workaround is to re-upload the video to youtube (if we consider both cost and performance).Best regards,
NikkoOctober 19, 2020 at 2:59 pm in reply to: AVIA Layout Builder blocks won't load after WordPress update #1253981Hi StudioArteimmagine,
I have checked on your site and the web inspector does show a lot of 404 files (css, js, images, etc).
I tried to re-install both WordPress and replaced the enfold theme (also updated to PHP 7.3) however the results are still the same.
I’ve checked for the files that are returning 404 on your cPanel’s file manager and all those files are there (an example is avia-builder.css, check private content) the only weird thing with this is that some of the js and css files do show properly and permissions are all good.
This is more likely a hosting issue, please contact your hosting provider to help with this.Best regards,
NikkoHi ingridbrauner,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have installed and activated File Manager (WP-Dateimanager) plugin which temporarily fixed the issue (you can deactivate it if you’re not using the Customizer)
Please update your site to the latest version (make sure to have a backup first) and once updated you should be able to use Customizer and totally remove the plugin I installed.@Silvia we’ll answer you on your thread.
Best regards,
NikkoHi D,
Can you try to increase the following:
– PHP time limit from 30 to 240
– Max input time from 60 to 240Otherwise, the only option I could think is installing via cPanel of FTP.
I would suggest cPanel since it’s a lot faster: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#install-vianbspcpanelBest regards,
NikkoHi Dieter,
You’re still using Enfold 4.3.1, please try to install and activate Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin. Once you have updated to the latest version of Enfold (don’t forget to backup) which contains fixes for it, you should be able to remove the plugin without having the theme options issue again.
Best regards,
NikkoHi jomtones,

NikkoHi Nad,
You’re welcome. :)
I think the difference is in the page settings (since the method I used should use the default settings).
Anyway, we’re glad that we could help :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi StudioArteimmagine,
Can you give us a link to your thread?
Also, please try what I recommended above which is to use PHP version 7.3 and also use the latest version of Enfold.
You can also check this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-fatal-error-3/Best regards,
NikkoHi Markus,
