Hi sung789,
I have fixed the code, the greater than sign has been changed to (without spaces)
& g t ;I would really suggest grouping some of the menu items into dropdowns or mega menus.
Best regards,
NikkoHi aicompcloud,
Please try using this CSS code:
#top .avia_search_element .av-search-icon { color: white; }Best regards,
NikkoHi Zaccc,
Try to go to Enfold > Shop Options > Main Shop Page Banner set to No, display no banner.
Let us know if this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi Terry,
Thanks for confirming it as well :)
Have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoOctober 21, 2020 at 4:12 pm in reply to: AVIA Layout Builder blocks won't load after WordPress update #1254691Hi Silvia,
I see, I apologize I thought you were the thread creator.
Can you please create a new thread? then we’ll continue the discussion there, as not to confuse with the thread creator and so you can see the things I put in private content.
If I can’t reply on your thread within several hours then please put the link here so I can easily go to it.
As for Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin it is helpful but if you’re using the latest version of Enfold then most likely you won’t need it unless there are some plugins that still uses it.
Also, you will know if it’s safe to disable it since it will show a warning of codes/files that uses it, if there’s no warning then you can disable it.Best regards,
NikkoHi filipecerca,
Yes, that’s a fine solution :)
I’ll be closing this thread then.
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi Tallnick,
The problem seems to be coming from your child theme’s header.php.
Some options/variables set in the header.php are not present in the tweaked header.php.Best regards,
NikkoHi herbwood,
I’m glad to hear that the token works.
However I’m not sure what you mean with your question, do you mean you have purchased an item and you want it to change/swap to Enfold? if yes, then I would suggest asking for help with Envato’s support since they handle the sales and everything in themeforest.Best regards,
NikkoHi Franz,
On your desktop layerslider I have disabled Hide on Mobile.
The code I added on your Quick CSS should do the job.
I have checked it on my end and it seems to work properly, please try to check again on your site.Best regards,
NikkoHi mendisz,
Your WordPress version is still 5.4.2, please update it to the latest version (5.5.1).
And please don’t forget to backup first before updating.Best regards,
NikkoHi Timothy,
We’re happy to hear that :)
An official fix should be added to the next update.Best regards,
NikkoHi creativeopole,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
This is now fixed on your site. I will be reporting this bug to our devs.
This should be fixed on the next update of Enfold.@Terry please do the following on your site:
1. Open wp-content > themes > enfold > framework > php > function-set-avia-frontend.php
2. Find this code (line 1166-1170):$url = $method( 1 ); if( $page_number > 1 ) { $url = add_query_arg( $query_arg, $page_number, $url ); }3. Replace it with:
$url = add_query_arg( $query_arg, $page_number, $url );Let us know if it helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHey Tymofii Shapovalov,
Since this is a duplicate thread from you, I’ll be closing this one.
Best regards,
NikkoHi Tymofii Shapovalov,
Thanks for contacting us!
If you have already bought the theme from us then you should be able to download the update from the envato/themeforest account.
If enfold theme is already used on the site then, you’ll just need to register the theme with a token and do the updates via Theme Options.
Here’s our documentation for Theme Registration: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Hope it helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi sung789,
Please try to add this CSS code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:
#avia-menu .menu-item { max-width: 140px; } #avia-menu .menu-item > a { height: auto; line-height: 1.3; padding: 13px; }just adjust the max-width value.
Also, I noticed that there are too many menu items, you can just make a dropdown or use a mega-menu since with CSS alone it would be hard to make a good looking menu with many menu items, also limit the number of text in each menu item.Best regards,
NikkoHi Antonio,
To lessen the risk I would suggest creating a staging site first (basically it’s a duplicate of your live site placed in your subdomain so it has the same environment) and apply the updates there.
Here’s a tutorial on how to create it: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
Then update it via the method I posted here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/a-bit-urgent-enfold-theme-and-child-theme-update-not-working/#post-1254106Then check if everything works properly on the staging site, if there are no issues, then updates on the live site would most likely (99.9%) have no issues.
Otherwise, if it has some issues then you can post here and we’ll try to help and post solutions that you can document and apply after you update your live site.Best regards,
NikkoHi Promultis,
We’re happy to hear that :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi Julie,
Just post back here for your feedback.
We’ll keep this thread open until then.Best regards,
NikkoHey filipecerca,
Can you tell us what blog layout you are using?
Best regards,
NikkoHi Patric,
Please try adding this CSS code:
#top.search-results .template-search article.post-entry:nth-child(even) { background-color: rgba(0,0,255,0.1); }Best regards, NikkoOctober 21, 2020 at 12:36 pm in reply to: How to prevent text to be copied from website pages #1254627Hey antsalv,

NikkoOctober 21, 2020 at 11:19 am in reply to: AVIA Layout Builder blocks won't load after WordPress update #1254612Hi StudioArteimmagine,
I have checked the other site https://teatronuovosalsomaggiore.com/ and I have deactivate Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin in there and it works properly now.
The problems I pointed there seems to be fixed.
As for this current site you posted, it seems to have the same issue, I did the same stuff I made on the other site, please try to ask assistance on this site as well as it’s fixed on the other one.
In private content, I posted an example of a css file that’s not loading in the browser but when checking via cPanel, the css file is good.Best regards,
NikkoHi Zaccc,
I have checked in Enfold > Advanced Styling > Menu Links in overlay/slide out and see that both font color and background color is set to black.
I just set the font color to white and the menu links are now visible.Best regards,
NikkoHi Alexander,
Thanks for giving the link however I noticed when using a web inspector, it’s not tagged as a transparent header.
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoOctober 21, 2020 at 6:47 am in reply to: Unable to access my theme options or save changes Enfold #1254559Hi Etienne,
Thanks for the admin access.
I have disabled the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and the Theme Options is still showing properly.
The browser must have fetched the cached js files on your end, please try to clear the browser cache (or on Chrome you can press ctrl + f5 to force the browser to fetch newer js files). As for the personal token, you will need to have access to the envato/themeforest account in order to generate that, unfortunately, we could not help with it as we don’t have any control in themeforest, you can ask for an envato token for help if you lost access to your envato account.
For further information with theme registration, please check https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/Best regards,
NikkoHi Wulius,
I’m glad to hear that :)
Just add a title attribute to the image, here’s how it should look like (I removed some attributes here for the sake of example)<a href="image_url" class="lightbox"><img src="image_url" title="Title Here" /></a>Best regards,
