Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

You’re welcome. Unfortunately, there’s no option and would require some time and knowledge with js programming in order to achieve it which is outside the scope of our support.
I think the only option is to either look for plugins with similar features or hire some js developer for it.Best regards,

If it works on firefox and not on chrome, most likely its a caching issue.
Please try to clear your chrome browser’s cache or press ctrl + f5 to force fetching of newer js files.

I tried to check again and this time I have seen the issue.
I noticed that there’s a mixed content error showing in the web console and after fixing this, it seems to work properly.
Can you try to clear your browser cache and check again, if the issue still persists?Best regards,

I have checked your site and I could still see the issue although there’s no js error.
I tried to troubleshoot it but I’m very much limited and could not pinpoint the cause of the issue.
Can you setup a staging site for us, so we can try troubleshoot it without affecting your live site?

If you’re using the latest version of Enfold but still don’t have the Theme Options menu then I would suggest clearing out cache if you have a caching plugin or if there’s an internal caching from your site’s server, also try to clear out your browser cache, older js files might still be fetched that’s why it’s not showing up.

The preloader is coming from youtube, so there’s nothing we can do about it.
As for the resolution, According to this site, you can adjust it using the vq ( https://www.h3xed.com/web-and-internet/link-directly-to-and-embed-hd-youtube-videos ), however, our ALB elements will strip off any query string added to it. I also tested it by just pasting to URL with query string with Text Block which is just using WordPress tinymce editor however it doesn’t work.
I think not setting it with the HD resolution is good as it will adjust the resolution based on the viewers bandwidth.Best regards,

This is now fixed, the only difference was the background image in the Color Section.

I have checked further into the issue and I noticed that you are using Enfold 4.7.6.2 which has contains the bug you have mentioned.
This was fixed after 4.7.6.3, I think the only option you have is to update (make sure to have a backup first).

I don’t really know regarding that feature, try to search for “disable right click” plugins and check their features.
This one seems to have in their pro version https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-content-copy-protector/ but try to contact the plugin author first to be sure.Best regards,

The warnings just shows the code/files that uses the jQuery Migrate file or the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin, you can just ignore it.
Once you updated to the latest version (but please make sure to have a backup first), you should be able to remove the plugin without any issues and also those warnings will be removed.Best regards,

I have checked it on iPad as well and I don’t see the issue again which I have also seen (similar to the screenshot you posted) before I have made the changes.

This code in your Quick CSS is forcing the image to be removed on mobile devices:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #top #wrap_all #main .avia-section { background-image: none !important; } }If you remove that code, the image should show properly.
