Also I noticed in your Quick CSS code, you have this asterisks:

which is invalid code, if you want to use CSS comments you should use the following: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_comments.asp

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Please try to disable debugging in your wp-config.php file, located in the root of your WordPress installation.
You should find this code (most likely in line 80):

define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

then replace it with:

define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );

if you aren’t sure how to do this, then please provide us with FTP access.

Hi Joachim,

Please delete those excess scripts and styles.
Then in Enfold > Performance:
– Enable Show advanced options
Then set Unique timestamp of merged files and WP object cache bug to Fix WP bug, add unique timestamps.
Just set it in this setting for few hours then check, if it still doesn’t help, try to use the other options that disable the unique timestamps.

Yes, that’s because the code will generate only the code that’s needed (some HTML and script) that is defined in https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/page-plugin
Then when the page is rendered that code will generate an iframe on those extra codes that you see.

In order to make sure the theme is updated in a safe manner, you’ll need to do the following things:

1. Backup your site. (extra protection in case an issue will arise during or after update)

– Theme Settings Backup: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/backup-theme-settings/

2. (optional, but reduces the risk on the live site) Setup a staging site and do the updates there first, here’s a simple tutorial: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/ then review the staging site.
If an update is successfully applied but messes up the site it would most likely be an issue if an update is done on the live site, troubleshooting (you can ask us for help) is done in this step then document the solution, then proceed to step 3. Apply the documented solution if the same issue shows up on the live site
If an update is successful and all is working well then most likely the live site update will work smoothly.

3. Update the Theme.
