Hi I-Visio,
For the mobile menu, please follow the temporary solution posted by Rikard in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problems-after-updating-to-wordpress-5-6-read-this-first/
Hope it helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi mai,
I could not see the code being fetched.
Most likely due to cache, please flush out the cache.Best regards,
NikkoHi knwtech,
Thanks for confirming that the provided fix works :)
This will be fixed on the next release of Enfold.Best regards,
NikkoHi Daniele,
I don’t have an idea yet at the moment which file and code are causing the issue.
Can you give us FTP access? so we can investigate further.Best regards,
NikkoHey cambium.digital,
Can you try the solution posted by Ismael on this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/video-in-color-section-is-not-repeating/#post-1280574
Hope it helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi Martin,
Yes, however, there’s no option to change that except via CSS which we can provide you with.
Would you like to increase or decrease the height?Best regards,
NikkoHi xfacta,
We’re glad to hear that :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi Steve,
It seems the word “Get” in “Get a BRAND NEW smile and stop the embarrassment and pain TODAY!” is causing the issue.
You can see further information on this in https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly
I have removed the word Get on it, so it’s fixed maybe consider rephrasing it or you can contact your hosting provider regarding this.Best regards,
NikkoHi Daniele,
Thanks for giving us steps on how to reproduce this, I actually tried it several times but failed to replicate the issue.
However, I did notice that I can exit the page without a notification box which is unusual, I found out that when the child theme is active there’s no notification but if the parent theme is enabled the notification box appears when trying to leave (switching themes and disabling plugins was done via Health Check & Troubleshooting which I have now deleted, so it’s not affecting visitors or other users).
Please check your child theme, some codes in there should be causing the notification box not to work.Best regards,

NikkoHi vantagepointmg,
We have added this CSS code in order to fix it on mobile device (centered on mobile landscape, right aligned on portrait mode):
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #header #header_main .logo { left: 0; transform: translateX(0); width: 100%; } #header #header_main .logo img { margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; } } @media only screen and (max-width: 568px) { #header #header_main .logo img { margin-right: 0; } }Please review your site.
Best regards,
NikkoHi mai,
We’re happy to hear that :)
Yes, that’s actually the limitation of using the category description, unless you’ll use some plugins like Advanced Custom Fields which will allow you to create an additional field which you can work on.
As for styling, try adding this CSS code in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS:#portfolio-category-description > div { text-align: center; padding: 0 20px 20px; color: #999; }Hope this helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi Markus,
Can you try using this CSS code instead:
@media only screen and (min-width:959px) { #top #header .logo { left: 50%; transform: translateX(-50%); } }Best regards,
NikkoHi winnetcom,
I’m glad to hear that it’s working properly now. :)
Just let us know if you need further assistance or if we can close this thread.Best regards,
NikkoFebruary 25, 2021 at 5:24 am in reply to: Header isn't changing from transparent to solid when it scrolls #1283572Hi sproutstudio,
Thanks for giving us the link to your site.
It seems you’re still using Enfold 4.4.1 which is not compatible with the current version of WordPress.
To fix this, please upgrade to the latest version of Enfold and don’t forget to have a backup.
If you are not yet ready to do the update yet, then the temporarily fix is to install and activate Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4.Best regards,
NikkoHi winnetcom,
Yes and thanks for giving us admin access.
I checked on your site and it seems to return error 500 in the web console.
I tried to use Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to safely deactivate plugins (only affects the current user) however it does not seem to work properly.
Can you setup a staging site for us? so we can inspect further without risking your live site.
Here’s a tutorial you can easily follow: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/Best regards,
NikkoHi 48GRAD,

NikkoHi mai,
Thanks, I could see the code now however it does not execute because of this error in the web console:
Refused to execute inline script because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self'". Either the 'unsafe-inline' keyword, a hash ('sha256-zWGZVAE8J0Y9v9mF2p14YLhzpEs9CiudCGA5k82OQlg='), or a nonce ('nonce-...') is required to enable inline execution. You can see this by right-clicking any part of your site > Inspect > Console.

NikkoFebruary 24, 2021 at 1:35 pm in reply to: problems after updating PHP, Woocommerce and Enfold #1283388Hey murraysartstudio,
I tried the credentials you gave however it does not work, please check.
I could also see your site is still using Enfold 3.8.4, can you try Rikard’s suggestion on this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/class-envato-protected-api-php-on-line-307/#post-1271290
Hope it helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi Werk32,
Try putting the code inside a media query, the CSS style should look like this:
@media only screen and (min-width:959px) { #top #socket { position: fixed; width: 100%; bottom: 0; z-index: 999; } }Hope it helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHi ellamac,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
We have implemented the fix on your site and deactivated Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin.
Please review your site.Best regards,
