    Hi,
I have followed your instructions for adding a custom google font, ut I keep getting an error messgae in Enfold, something to do with the server. I have downloaded the font and zipped it according to your instructions (and I have done it before with other sites). To no avail. Can you help?

    Hi Eleina_Shinn,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
Please enable PHP ZipArchive Extension which is needed when dealing with zip files.
You can enable it using the steps in this article: https://www.shortlearner.com/enable-php-zip-archive-extension/ or you can contact your hosting provider.
You can verify if it’s enabled by going to the link in private content.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,

Thanks for your input. I did enable the archive extension within the hosting program, but it did not solve the problem. See screenshot attached.

I’m still getting a server error message.

    Any other suggestions?

Her’es the screenshot showing that the Archive_Zip PHP Extension is Installed:

Also, the font my client wants is copperplate. But, although it is in your list, when I change my heading font, it does not change to copperplate, so I found something simlar called Balthazar, which is what I’m trying to upload in a zip format.

    Hi Eleina_Shinn,

Thanks for the screenshot, however, if I check on the link below (private content), you would see the status of PHP ZipArchive is still disabled.
Can you try asking your hosting provider for assistance? since the site does not recognize the module to be active.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

Thank you, there was apparently one more check mark in the hosting plan to make it work. I got it, thanks so much!
