Hi AGSGE,
Refer to answer in private content.
Best regards,
NikkoHi slikslok,
I think this is more of a caching issue.
I tried to check it when I’m logged in and I could see the issues (also stylesheet is not updated, see screenshots in private content)
If I use Chrome in incognito mode and not login then I could see the style.css of the child theme working properly (also stylesheet is updated, see screenshots)Best regards,
NikkoHi capoleader,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoHi AFEC,
Yes, there’s a way around it which is via Quick CSS, can you give us a link to your homepage and the text of the h1 heading? so we can find it easily and inspect it.
Then give you an accurate CSS code to override it.Best regards,
NikkoHi smakarate,
I’m not familiar with the plugin, how do you normally show it in the Default Editor?
Do you just put {{CODEmartialyticsBookingsWidget}} and it shows up?Best regards,
NikkoHi jamesedwardcouncill,
Thanks for providing the link.
I could see some js errors pointing to this file (link in private content).
It seems to point to some plugin who has this folder name iti_main_pluginBest regards,

Thanks for providing us with admin credentials.
I tried the API key I have on your site and it worked properly (see screenshot in private content).
Can you check what restrictions you made on the key? (Application restrictions and API restrictions)Best regards,
NikkoHi Robin,
Thanks for contacting us!
We won’t be releasing a new theme as we are focused on becoming a “one product” company. ( you can read this article from our blog: https://kriesi.at/archives/wordpress-5-0-and-enfold-4-5-1 )
Although we are only focusing on a single theme, we are regularly releasing new demos with different layouts which is an advantage to our users.Best regards,

Can you remove this CSS code as Rikard suggested:
.post-meta-infos { top: -75px; width: 100%; display: block; }Then replace it with this CSS code:
#top .fullsize .template-blog .entry-content-header { display: flex; flex-direction: column-reverse; } #top .flex_column .template-blog .post-title { line-height: 0.9; margin-bottom: 40px; }Hope it helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHi Joe,
Can you try adding this CSS code in Enfold > General Styling Quick CSS:
#socket #avia3-menu li { padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; }Best regards,
NikkoHi Alex,
I have checked the homepage and some pages and could see the font for body and heading is using Open Sans on my end.
Is there only specific pages where the Open Sans font is not rendering?Best regards,
NikkoMay 11, 2021 at 5:43 am in reply to: PHP code of the theme changed and the whole website collaps #1299545Hi vivienne2020,
I see, I think the best way or the safest route is to first create a staging site (basically a duplicate of your live site).
You can follow the instructions on this article in order to set it up: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
Then you can perform the updates on the stage site and see if the issue still occurs.
You may need to disable CSS file merging and compression and Javascript file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance in order to make sure newer CSS and JS files are served.Best regards,
NikkoHi reinsicht,
Can I request for the link of the page shown in the screenshot? so we can inspect on it.
Best regards,
NikkoMay 11, 2021 at 5:31 am in reply to: I can't edit content in elements (text block, tabs, etc) #1299538Hi Joan,
Thanks for the screenshot, there’s no errors there (you’ll know the error since it’s red in color).
I could see the issue now (link in private content)
What’s the content in that Text Block? can you post it in pastebin: https://pastebin.com/ then post the link here, so we can test it out.Best regards,

You’re welcome :)
Do you still need further assistance? or shall we close this thread?Best regards,
NikkoHi JantienM ,
Can you try adding this CSS code as well to fix it for mobile:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top #header #header_main .inner-container .logo { overflow: hidden; } .responsive #top #header .logo a { max-height: 200px !important; top: 65px; } .responsive #top #header .logo img { max-height: 200px !important; } }Best regards,
NikkoHi merrywatson,
You can’t find it in the Plugins, since it can be download and purchased in their site: https://wpml.org/
I think you can try to checkout Polylang since it’s free.Best regards,
NikkoHi Alex,
You’re welcome.
As for the main menu links font size, you can change them in Enfold > Advanced Styling > (Select an element to customize) pick Main Menu Links then click on Edit Element.
A box for Main Menu Links options should appear below, just change the font size then save.
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi Isabel Grönert,
We can check on it however, you’ll need to register first on our forum: https://kriesi.at/support/register/
Once you have done that, you can create a new thread in https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold/#new-topic-0Best regards,
NikkoHi rmatus,
We’re glad to hear that :)
I believe cache just expired which allowed your site to serve newer CSS/JS files.
Anyway, thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi Yurasik1,
You’ll need to add your site in your Google Search Console: https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/seo/add-website-google-search-console/
Then once it’s google has crawled on your site and you can see the Text too small to read and Clickable elements too close together similar to: https://i2.wp.com/axeetech.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Fix-Text-too-small-to-read-Error-Google-Search-Console-Wordpress.jpg?ssl=1 you should be able to click on it and it will show which element is causing the issue, please give us a screenshot of it and we should be able to give you CSS code that should fix it.Best regards,

NikkoMay 10, 2021 at 5:24 pm in reply to: I can't edit content in elements (text block, tabs, etc) #1299451Hi Joan,
For now, please disable SG Optimizer as caching sometimes interfere.
Also, you can use a Web Inspector (just right click anywhere on your site including the backend then click Inspect), then go to Console and see if there are any js errors (I have checked on my end and I don’t see any) but if issues shows up, try to do this step and screenshot any errors it shows and post it here.Best regards,
