NikkoJune 29, 2021 at 7:12 am in reply to: Masonry Box not showing in front-end when logged out of word press #1307868Hi franziskaivens,
Thanks for giving us a link to your site.
Masonry is also not loading on my end, and I could see this JS error:jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2 Uncaught TypeError: r.getClientRects is not a functionSince you have the latest WordPress version (which they have removed some of the js files), you’ll also need to update Enfold to the latest version in order to fix the issue.
Please backup your site first before updating to the latest version of Enfold.
If the issue still shows up, then please disable Javascript file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance.
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi wzshop,
I think you can add a Custom CSS Class to your testimonial in order to target it specifically then via CSS, set the testimonial container to have a specific height then set overflow-y to hidden.
Hope this is helpful.Best regards,
NikkoHi Thomas,
We are sorry to hear that.
I have added this CSS code in your Quick CSS:#top .avia-fullscreen-slider, #top .avia-fullscreen-slider .avia-slideshow { max-height: calc(100vh - 20px); }Please try to review again your site and see if this helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHi wzshop,
We are happy to hear that the programmer of the plugin is looking for a solution.
I hope the CSS code posted above or the shortcodes file would help improve the plugin.Best regards,

NikkoHi Real-3D,
I have checked your site and I could see that it’s applied and working properly on my end.
Can you try to clear your browser cache?
If that still does not work, can you try to give us a screenshot on how it looks on your end? just for comparison.Best regards,
NikkoHi ilkbaharkunduzu,
Thanks for sharing the article.
Bot crawls would definitely use a lot of server resources but I think it’s only during the time it’s crawling your website.
I think you should also try to switch to a default WordPress theme so you can also measure how much resources our theme is consuming on your site.Best regards,
NikkoHi cédric,

NikkoHi ilkbaharkunduzu,
Try to deactivate all plugins (temporarily put your site in maintenance mode), then activate them one by one and observe the cpu usage to accurately find which one (or more) plugins that are eating a lot of resources.
Best regards,
NikkoHi ilkbaharkunduzu,
I see, how much memory is allocated on these sites and how many plugins are active?
Also, can you try to downgrade PHP to 7.3? and see if there are improvements.
Also, here’s some list of plugins that use a lot of resource: https://www.peopleshost.com/wordpress-high-resource-usage-plugins/
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi 4Guys Autobarn,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
The Lora font was being pulled by this plugin: Easy Google Fonts.
I have deactivated it and it seems to work properly now, please review your site.Best regards,
NikkoHi Tobias,

NikkoHi davs74,
Can you try adding this CSS code in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS:
.html_header_top #top .av_header_stretch .container { max-width: 1310px; padding-left: 50px; padding-right: 50px; } .html_header_top #top .av_header_stretch .container .logo { display: none; } .html_header_top #top .av_header_stretch .container .main_menu { left: 0; right: auto; }Best regards,

NikkoHi Mark,
That version of Enfold is still using the old API (username and API key) which envato has already deprecated therefore you can’t update it with the usual method.
You can do the following process instead:First make a backup:
– Site Backup: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/backup-wordpress-site/
– Theme Settings Backup: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/backup-theme-settings/Option 1: Use Envato Market to update your site
– link: https://envato.com/market-plugin/Option 2: Update manually
1. Login to ThemeForest and download the Enfold theme, right-click over the downloaded zip file and extract/unzip it.
2. It should generate a new folder, open it and look for the enfold folder
3. Right-click the enfold folder then zip it, here’s a tutorial on how to create a zip file in windows: https://www.howtogeek.com/668409/how-to-zip-and-unzip-files-on-windows-10/ (this should create enfold.zip
4. Log in to WordPress as and Admin.
5. Install and activate a maintenance plugin and put your site in Maintenance mode.
6. Go to Appearance > Themes, switch to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty then delete Enfold.
7. Click on the ADD NEW button.
8. Click on the UPLOAD THEME button.
9. Click BROWSE and choose enfold.zip file
10. Click the INSTALL NOW button and switch to Enfold or your child theme.
11. Remove the maintenance mode then deactivate and remove the maintenance plugin.Register the theme by following the instructions in https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Once this is done, the next time you update, you’ll only need to go to Enfold > Theme Updates and click on the Update button.Best regards,
NikkoHi Zoe_Georgina,
We’re glad to hear that :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi designyvr,
Can you try to follow the solution posted on this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/imported-adobe-webfont-without-effect/#post-1295055
Since you already have the WOFF file, you can use that to convert to other formats.
Hope this helps and just let us know if there are instructions that might not be clear.Best regards,
NikkoHi designyvr,
We’re glad to hear that :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi ilkbaharkunduzu,
We are happy to hear that there are some improvements.
As for increasing CPU usage, that is because of the improvements being made to WordPress, Themes, and Plugins.
Usually, it’s security and feature updates consuming more resources like, cpu and memory.
Try to go to Enfold > Performance and disable some options that are in there that you may not be needing.Best regards,
NikkoHi solid-image,
We’re happy to hear that :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi Martin,
There’s no option for that but it’s possible with CSS.
Try adding this CSS code in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS:#header #avia-menu > li:first-child > a > .avia-menu-text { color: blue; }Just change the color.
Hope it helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi solid-image,
Can you give us a link to the page mentioned? so we can see what it currently looks like and understand more what you want to achieve.

NikkoHi katiadiamond,
We apologize for the delayed response.
I’m not very familiar with the plugin, can you setup a staging site for us? it’s basically just a duplicate of your live site placed in your subdomain that we can test without causing an issue to your live site. Here’s a simple tutorial you can follow if you don’t know how to setup one: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
Then please give us temporary admin access on that staging site.Best regards,
NikkoHi wzshop,
We apologize for the delayed response.
The avia_fade_move_down animation is defined in css > shortcodes.css, try to exclude that css.
Or you can try to re-add this CSS:@-webkit-keyframes avia_fade_move_down { 0% { -webkit-transform:translate(0,-20px); opacity: 0; } 50% { opacity: 1; } 100% { -webkit-transform:translate(0,20px); opacity: 0; } } @keyframes avia_fade_move_down { 0% { transform:translate(0,-20px); opacity: 0; } 50% { opacity: 1; } 100% { transform:translate(0,20px); opacity: 0; } }Best regards,
NikkoHey alligatorsnc,
We apologize for the delayed response.
Have you tried to set the Blog Layout to Grid Layout in Enfold > Blog Layout?
Whatever is set in there should be copied by the archives page of that specific post type unless the Blog Layout is set to Use the advance layout editor to build your own blog layout (simply edit the page you have chosen in Enfold->Theme Options as a blog page)Best regards,
Nikko -
