If the recent change you have made to your site is updating WordPress to the latest version (5.8) which is a major version then I believe it is related to that.
I would suggest to revert to the version where it works properly then create a staging site and test the updates there, once it’s good then proceed to update the live site.

Can you try to check the values for PHP time limit and Max input time in Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) > Server.
Can you try to set it to 240 for both values. You may need assistance from your hosting provider to change it and see if it helps.

I tried to check your site and the reason why it’s showing blank is that the server is returning an error 500 (in the web console).
It works properly if the Ultimate Member plugin is turned off.
Can you try to increase the memory limit and see if it helps?

I tried to check on the issue but I can’t seem to see it on my end even if I set the cart to Always Display floating on the side.
Since you already have the cart icon on the menu, you can choose not to show it at all in Enfold > Shop Options > Header Shopping Cart Icon.
