The reason why it’s not working on your site is that PHP ZipArchive Extension is not enabled.
You can verify it in LayerSlider WP > Options > System Status (or go to the link in private content)

Or you can request assistance from your hosting provider.

I tested your iframe code and it seems to work on my end without causing the issue you mentioned.
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Can you try to disable all plugins? then enable one by one to know which one is causing the error?

I tried to login with the link you gave however it returns a WordPress Error (on the title) and “Not available.” (on the content area).
I also tried the FTP access you provided but it returns this error:

530 Login authentication failed

Please check.

You should find it in wp-content > uploads > avia_fonts.
The avia_fonts folder is only generated when a custom font is added.

Hi Dave,

There’s no option for that setting yet, a workaround for that currently is to use Custom CSS Class.
Edit the button, then go to Advanced > Developer Settings > Custom CSS Class then put mybutton in the text field then save.
Go to Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS, then add this CSS code:

.mybutton .avia-button {
    font-size: 20px;
}

Adjust the font value as you see fit.
