In the WordPress Dashboard, please go to LayerSlider WP > Options > System Status, then check if PHP ZipArchive Extension is enabled.
If it is disabled then that is the reason why importing fails, please enable PHP ZipArchive Extension in your cPanel or try asking your webhost for assistance.Best regards,

Can you try to disable CSS file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance?

To fix the footer issue, you’ll need to update the header.php of your child theme.
We can do it for you however we’re not sure of the areas that contains the modifications in order to re-apply it.Best regards,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

I have tested the same settings on my end (set it to Parallax) and I couldn’t reproduce the same issue.
After doing some tests, it seems Combine CSS files in WP Rocket is causing the issue, I have now disabled it and it seems to work properly, please review your site.Best regards,

If he has still access to the account in Themeforest used to buy Enfold, then he can download the latest version using that account, however, if he doesn’t have any access to that account then the only option is to purchase the Enfold theme in ThemeForest. Thanks for giving us permission to temporarily disable plugins, after some tests, it seems the Smush plugin is causing the issue.
I have enabled it back on your site, I think the plugin can still be used but just some or maybe just one of its settings may be causing it.Best regards,

The error occurred because one of the fonts was corrupted.
In Enfold > Import/Export > Iconfont Manager, there were two flaticons listed (one was capital F and the other was lowercase) and upon looking at the error it shows that Flaticon was the one causing the issue and I just removed it.
Before removing it, I looked at the icons which are showing, and after removing it, I rechecked and no icon was missing.Best regards,

You’ll need to use an image editor for that, WordPress has a cropping feature so the size can be changed but it’s not that convenient.
