Thanks for your question, if you know the Purchase Code you can enter it here, if you don’t know it or are not able to log into the Theme Forest account to download the latest version or create a new Token, then you will need to purchase a new license.
Envato (Theme Forest) handles all of our licenses and we can not create licenses and Envato will only recognize account owners, this sometimes happens with a site is built by a developer who in the future can not be found, Envato will not issue a new license to the website owner, one must be purchased.
The upside to this is that by purchasing a new license you will also get 6 months of support on our forum to help with any issues. I recommend upgrading to a full year of support for just a little more, as the cost of the theme and a full year of support costs the same as a single hour of support from many developers.

But you are not seeing this as our demo site shows? Please ensure you have it set as a variable product, if you do try disabling your plugins.
If it is not a variable product then set it as one, woocommerce points out in this thread that simple products with attributes so them in the Additional Information tab, but they also point out that the only way for your customer to choose the one they want is if you make it a variable product.

When I look at your product /braided-leather-cord-necklace it only shows weight & color:

but you said you wanted colour & dimension, please ensure that you added more than one dimension, it will not show if you only added one.
When I look at your product /square-wire-sterling-silver-925 I see wire gauge & METAL COLOUR, is this what you mean by “temper”?

If so you only have one METAL COLOUR try adding a second one and updating your variations for it to show as a drop down.

If this doesn’t help include an admin login so we can investigate, you have a staging site correct?

To add a modified version of portfolio.php to your child theme you can add this function to your child theme functions.php:

function avia_include_shortcode_template( $paths )
{
	if( ! is_array( $paths ) )
	{
		$paths = array();
	}
	
	$template_url = get_stylesheet_directory();
	array_unshift( $paths, $template_url . '/shortcodes/' );

	return $paths;
}

add_filter( 'avia_load_shortcodes', 'avia_include_shortcode_template', 15, 1 );

then in your child theme directory create a new directory /shortcodes/ then copy the folder with your customized element into it, in your case /portfolio/portfolio.php

I don’t believe that is possible, I see that you have another dropdown with times and days and I believe that this is your best option.
Unfortunately, I don’t know if there are any plugins that would offer another option, sorry we couldn’t be of more help with this.

Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the login, it seems that your categories have a category base of /publications/ but in the WordPress Permalink Settings there is no category base set, did you apply this with a plugin like Yoast?
By default the category base should be /category/ have you tried disabling your plugins to see if the default works again?
Do you recall what changes you made before it was last working?

Sorry for the late reply, we have looked at this and see the console error “Unable to download payment manifest” for pay.google but we don’t know what this means and kept thinking we could figure it out. But so far we have not. I thought we should let you know, please reply to this thread so it stays in an open status while our team members review it further.

Thank you for your patience and for pointing this out, but I believe what you are experiencing is the workaround for Safari which does not support parallax. This is a known Safari limitation. But perhaps the workaround is causing another conflict that you have found, I’m not sure as we have not had any reports about this.
If you would like to make a text page demonstrating this we can have a member with an iPhone or iPad check it and try to recreate it.

Thank you for your question, I have linked to the demo zip file below, please see our documentation for manually uploading the demo files.
Please note that the demos only include two files, .txt & .xml, the css and images are downloaded via the information in the .xml file.
I believe the error you are getting is because the WordPress import function is interrupted because OVH hosting has disabled the PHP set_time_limit() function, this function ensures that the WordPress import doesn’t time out, this is different than the current PHP run time limit.
But the Parallax demo is small so perhaps it will work for you.
If not I recommend importing your demo on a localhost install and using the Duplicator plugin to migrate/clone it to your OVH host.

Thanks for your question, title field do not support HTML, thus the warning.
If you found this in a demo then please let us know which one so we can remove it from the demo, you should remove it from your site.
If you need a some help applying css to a title field please link to the page and explain what you want to do, but please do not add HTML or emoji’s to title fields.
