The Site Name | Page Name comes from the [title] in your header.php.
To remove you have two options:
1) Edit the header.php directly and save as a copy in your child theme.
2) Use a plugin like WordPress SEO or All In One that rewrites a page’s title to whatever you want.

3: please try adding a background image to the color section, you can also adjust the overlay in the color sections, for for these tabs when you edit the color section.

Ok I fixed the menu for you, your menu links were to new pages.
I created custom links such as #thesound, #theband, & #contact.

When I look at it in mobile I don’t see any gaps, can you add a screenshot of what you see?
I do see that the lower cell is longer, but it also has a form that takes more room, is that what you see?Best regards,
