Hey there Elliot! Thank you for this. Since there’s loads of pages requiring it – is there a bit of code I could just apply site wide via quick css. I just whacked that code into the quick css field in settings but it didn’t apply. I’ve cleared cache etc. I imagined it’d be just a bit of align:left code for the gravator piccy :)
Hey there – I had same issue. Went to hosts – wpengine.com – and they’ve diagnosed the issue – it’s ENVATO API. Hence why it seems to fix itself if we get rid of the API code for updates.

We’ve noticed an influx of 502 errors on our platform that appear to be related to themes utilizing the Envato API. This includes most themes purchased through themeforest. API calls from those themes to the Envato API are timing out, which is causing the 502 errors many of our customers are experiencing.
We’re in contact with Envato concerning this issue, but at this time 502 errors may still be an issue for any WordPress site utilizing a themeforest theme.
We have also updated our Status blog with the above information at the following post, https://wpenginestatus.com/themeforest-theme-502-errors/. Please check there for updates in regards to this issue.
HI there Yigit – Issue resolved. After all that it was an issue with a vimeo movie the client had inserted in the slideshow incorrectly. Played OK (by chance) on existing theme no worries but the new theme update didn’t like it. RESOLVED. Yay!
Hi there Ismael – Those credentials work for me – just tested. Yes – I’ve done numerous migrations and understand the process well. Regardless, I will try again and revert back if the problem persists.
I have just downloaded the latest update posted on Themeforest and now running on WP 3.6. All working beautifully again. Thanks for all your incredible work Kriesi!
