Hey!
I just checked your page source code and it seems your webserver still serves the old js/shortcode.js file, so either you got a caching problem or the update did not replace your javascript files. How exactly did you update?
Would recommend the 2 following steps: first try to delete all cache files generated by your performance plugins or for testing purpose even disable it. if that doesnt help re-download the theme from themeforest and make sure to replace the whole enfold/js/ folder…
Best regards,

KriesiSmall Update!
We have just released a bugfix update to the theme which should improve the behavior of the slideshow in firefox. min dgiving it a try?
Regards,
KriesiHi!
This css output is basically the fallback solution if the theme is not allowed to read/write the folder and file that Dude mentioned before. Since the backend needs to save the color and styling rules somewhere it tries to create the file: wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/enfold.css
If this file is not located on your server then the theme is probably not allowed to read or write. if it is available make sure to set the file permission of both, folder and css file to 755 or 777
Thats pretty much the only advice I can offer without having access to your server…
Cheers!
KriesiHey Guys!
First for the easy one:
@HappyBeagle: please use the youtube.com link format instead of youtu.be links, since the slider currently doesn’t support the later. I have already added it to the next version but for now you need to use the link like this:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvO9ZYgrN_E instead of this http://youtu.be/VvO9ZYgrN_E
Now the tricky one:
@solljul It seems I am able to reproduce the issue so I will see if I can get that to work :)Best regards,

To be honest I don’t see the problem when I try to reproduce your issue and since you are currently running the older version I cant check it on your page either. I was able to reproduce the footer problems which I could fix. Do you see any of the problems you encountered on our live demo page?
Cheers!
KriesiHi!
All themes are now updated for woocommers 2.1 – if there are any additional issues please let us know :)
Best regards,
KriesiHey!
I think I found the cause of the problem. should be fixed with version 2.5.2 ;)
Cheers!
KriesiHey Butsie!
I was able to reproduce your problem in safari. mind posting the access data to your ftp server in a private reply here so I can try to upload a working patch. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue in the same way on my local installation, so not sure what is happening here…
Cheers!
KriesiHey Richard!
Unfortunately I cant reproduce the issue on my iMac or MBA as well. Works fine in Safari 7.1 for me as well as in Chrome and Firefox on both devices…
iOS is a different beast unfortunately which I am investigating but since it does no longer allow to autoplay videos without user interaction I will probably need to offer a backend option for what exactly should happen with videos there…
Best regards,
KriesiHi!
2.5.1 was not approved yet but it should be within the next few hours. this should fix the problem. currently there needs to be a slideshow anywhere on the page to make sure the parallax effect gets activated.A dependency I did overlook when creating the demo, since I always had a fullscreen slider at the top of the page :P
Sorry for the confusion :)

KriesiHi!
mind posting wordpress access data and ftp data in a post that is set as private reply so I can take a look at the backend myself?Best regards,
KriesiHi!
No the file has not been corrupted and the function is protected by a multitude of wordpress security checks :)
I will take a look if I can find another solution though with one of the next updates…Best regards,
KriesiHey Guys!
Unfortunately I can’t reproduce any problems with the layout builder in Safari. If you post me your login credentials (make sure to mark the entry as private reply) I can take a look if on your installation there is something different :)
Best regards,
KriesiHey Greg!
Could you also post us the credentials to the ftp server. we will attempt to update the theme once again and make sure that there are no files corrupted or missing. quite frankly I am not sure why the icons are not visible for you :/
Cheers!
KriesiHi!
you seem to be running an outdated version of the file css/base.css
Did you do the update manually and maybe miss updating the file? Would recommend to update the file once again please, this might probably fix all problems :)Best regards,
KriesiHey!
The latest version of the theme + new slider is now available for download
Cheers!
KriesiHey!
It seems that the private replies plugin would also allow the topic creator to see the reply. I have disabled that since it doesn’t really make sense. thanks for pointing that out and sorry for any initial shock this may have caused :)
Best regards,
KriesiIn includes/helper-social-media.php line 73 you can add add a title by changing it to this:
Hi!
looks fine for me, both in windows and mac. No strange fonts, no nudging. Since I can’t see the issue I cant really offer any more assistance, the last thing I can think of is to apply a css rule that we used in an eariler version of enfold to fix similar problems, maybe it also fixes this one:
.avia_textblock, .avia-icon-list, .avia-button, .avia-testimonial, .iconbox, .avia_message_box, .avia-team-member, .widget, .post, .team-img-container img, .team-social, .iconlist_icon, .fallback-post-type-icon, .fullsize .related_posts, .grid-image, .avia-caption-content, .avia-caption-title, .entry-content-wrapper, .avia_start_animation { -webkit-perspective: 1000; -webkit-backface-visibility: hidden; }
let me know if that helps. its a shot in the dark based on experience but not sure what else I can do if I can’t see the issue anymore :/
