December 29, 2014 at 11:21 am in reply to: How to change the font size, style and weight of a sidebar widget’s title? #372513
Hey!
I can see the problem on your installation but have never encountered anything like this before. Also tried to disable all plugins and it still happens to me to. You mentioned that this happens in every enfold theme you use. Are you running those other theme installations on the same server?
Since I can’t reproduce the problem locally and everything else seems to work fine we might need more information, either from you or other useser who experience the problem to solve this puzzle. I can see that it might be annoying to always need to switch to the visual editor when opening textblocks…
Cheers!
KriesiHi!
I just checked your site and could not find that code anywhere. What I would recommend, since we dont have access to your FTP:
Since you are using a child theme please create a functions.php file in your child theme folder. Then add the code mentioned above to the child themes functions.php file. If that does not help please keep the files that way and let us know so we can check if everything was added correctly :)
Regards,
KriesiHey AdDesign!
We always recommend to use the last version of WordPress and also the latest plugin versions of whatever plugin you want to use. We are planning to release an update early next year :)

Giving your selector a little more weight should work fine.
Add this to your custom.css stylesheet in folder /css/ or to the quick-css panel located in your wordpress backend at Enfold->General Styling:#top #wrap_all #main h3.widgettitle { font-size: 20px; font-weight: normal; }

add this to your custom.css stylesheet in folder /css/ or to the quick-css panel located in your wordpress backend at Enfold->General Styling:#top h2.post-title { font-size: 28px; }

KriesiHey schoefa2!

KriesiHey mistral2!
Was du machen musst ist verschiedene Posts in diversen Kategorien anzulegen. Diese kannst du dann im Magazin Element auswählen: http://cl.ly/Z7OL
Zusätzlich die Checkbox “Display Tabs for each category selected above?” aktivieren und die ausgewählten kategorien werden angezeigt wie in der demo ;)

KriesiHi!
I can reproduce the issue on my ipad but since it only happens on your installation and does not happen on mine, no matter the settings I use I, I would think it has something to do with a plugin or some css customizations.
Since you have already tried deactivating and removing all plugins and additions would you mind sending us your login credentials as a private reply so we can take a look at your backend? I cant promise that there is an easy fix but we can try to investigate the issue and see if there is anything we can do to fix this…
Best regards,
KriesiHey!
December 10, 2014 at 11:30 pm in reply to: Safari 8.0 Seems to Not Auto-Loop Full Screen Video Slider #366318Hi!
I was able to reproduce the issue on safari 8.0 on your site. the weird thing is that it seems to be limited to this video you are using. I have downloaded it and tried to use it locally with the same result. Once I used another mp4 video the looping worked just fine.
Not sure if the movie is damaged, if its an encoding problem or if there is anything else that is causing the issue but in this case I am afraid the problem might be safari in conjunction with this video and not the slideshow script, which would mean that there is not a lot I can do.
Probably the easiest way to circumvent the problem would be to upload the video to either youtube or vimeo and then use those services to show the video. I will see if I get similar reports from other users, but right now with the limited information I got I am afraid this might be the only short term solution…

KriesiDecember 10, 2014 at 10:33 pm in reply to: Conflict with WordPress SEO by Yoast Version 1.7.1 #366289Hey Thomas!
I am afraid when it comes to modifications we really cant help since digging into other peoples code takes too much time by far. What I can recommend for your freelancer to test is to make sure that he removes any custom overwrite and or customizations one by one and once everything starts working again you know what exactly is causing the issue…
Hey!
Yes you can just generate another API code for another site. The checking of API codes is done by themeforest on their end ;)
Hey!
Sorry for the late reply. I cant really see how (in this case) this could cause any problems but I have added some additional security checks with the next update to be 100% save ;)
Best regards,
Kriesiopening several threads about the same topic is not necessary. I will close this one since I have replied to the one here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/attention-kreisi/
If you got any other questions let me know.
Hi Mohan!
As josue already said: the fusion builder is a plugin developed for Avada. We try to use wordpress best practices so enfold works with 3rd party plugins but especially when it comes to template builders there is usually no way that another one works beside the one we use in enfold already. Template builders are usually so complex that as soon as you use more than one they get into each others way.
There are unfortunately limits to the support we can provide and this is one of them, making our themes compatible with other themes is neither our nor the other theme shops responsibility. Its a task so complex that its actually impossible to pull off. there are 100.000 of themes out there and especially those with a lot of functionality built in dont work very well together.
Enfold has a great page builder, (one that Avada actually used as inspiration for theirs) but I am afraid if you want to use the fusion builder you will need to stick to Avada. Sorry for that.
Hi Peter!
To update to the latest version follow the instructions here:
http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/As described in the link above you might need to force the check for a theme update in the dashboard->updates page of your backend. Let us know if that helps :)

KriesiHi!
I do understand the concern. The first problem of this release was that wp 4.01 had no beta version which we could test against so we were caught by surprise as well. Its also the first time I can remember that a minor update broke something, so I hope this is not going to happen again soon.
For major upgrades: Usually we are able to solve any issues weeks before a new major wordpress update was released.
Other than that I can of course only recommend to update regularly but it pretty much depends on WordPress and the changes they incorporate if a theme update will be necessary. I can remember that from Enfold Version 1.0 to (I think) 2.9 no theme updates were required at all if you didnt need the new features and now we had two mandatory updates in a row with WP version 4 and 4.01.
We try to code with WordPress best practices in mind so things stay backward compatible as long as possible but from time to time a theme update will always be necessary…
Hey @jonlebkowsky
From what I can tell: you are using an Easy Slider, not the Layerslider. Your problem is related to the fact that the recent WordPress 4.01 update that was rolled out automatically breaks a few of our shortcodes. Your theme version is 2.9.2, once you update to version 3.04 (the latest one) all should be good.
Since this thread is no longer maintainable, got hijacked with various different problems now and the actual title does not reflect the problem anymore I am going to close it now. If anyone still has issues after updating wordpress, as well as the theme to the latest version please open a new thread in the forum ;)
Cheers!
KriesiHi!
There is actually nothing for you to do anymore. Once the client needs support and asks for the account we will send them the details. If you have entered the API key in their backend then they will also be able to update in the future (this is part of envatos system and its the only way they will be able to do that so I would recommend to add the necessary information if you dont want to deal with them anymore)
Cheers!
KriesiHey Guys!
Can you post (as private reply) login information, as well as FTP credentials so we can take a look at the issue?
Regards,
KriesiPS: @lguttenbeil telling us we suck at support but not giving us anything to work with other than “this does not work” is a bold statement.
Hey!
Please update the theme to the latest version (3.04). That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
You can download the latest version by logging in to your themeforest account first and then going to http://themeforest.net/downloadsCheers!
