It seems so. I had to shut down Chrome so perhaps an update was what was needed. Worrisome for other end users who aren’t up to date but I suppose it’s alright for now.
January 20, 2017 at 10:27 pm in reply to: Portfolio Images & Slider Text Disappearing After Update #736657The home page is breaking, too. greencupdesign.com It’s broken in Chrome and Firefox, but not in Safari.
Still broken.
Backend access is in the private notes above. CloudFlare cache has been emptied, but I hesitate to disable it. There is a backend plugin if you wish to disable while you’re in.
I disabled all plugins and emptied the W3 Cache and CloudFlare Cache again — still no change.
Any luck on this? The masonry is still broken, but I’ve noticed it only breaks in some cases — if there is a portrait instead of landscape image in the first row, the spacing seems to be all off. If the first row is all landscape shots, it looks ok.
I am using a snippet of code in my functions.php to randomize the images. Dunno if that makes a difference.

Yes, you can deactivate plugins, though I prefer they not be down too long.
Purged W3 Cache and CloudFlare’s cache, and still I see issues with the image spacing. Tried removing the CSS to see if that helped but the images disappeared altogether.
Other options?
None of that worked. I updated via FTP last time, just did it again with no errors. Plugins make no difference.
The CSS code helped, but the masonry is broken so there’s a lot of extra padding. Can you please take another look?
Thanks.
Ach — I fixed this but wrote it in Private without anything in the public section and it didn’t post! Please take a look again.
This is happening on one of my other sites, now, too. http://untoldstories.life
Thanks.
You’re right. When I originally posted this it was the default, which I left up for a week thinking that would be long enough to correct the issue. URL in private.
I prefer to wait for someone to use the log in I generated to have a look at the code since this isn’t happening on any other woocommerce page or unrelated pages. I am 90% sure it’s a conflict in the CSS but I can’t find it.
Done!
I removed the link and it still displays the default “thank you for subscribing to our newsletter”. Also the link is kind of the critical part, so I’m glad it’s not the issue…
With regards to the contact form, the default “Send us mail” returns after editing the page again. I have to reenter the custom header every time before updating or it defaults back. It does that on several Enfold websites, not just the one in question.
Doesn’t anyone know the answer to this?
Anything?
Also the “Send Us Mail” default tends to change back on its own, too. Is this a known glitch? It’s been this way for several generations.Ok so I’m an idiot. To all y’all reading this – don’t multitask. You’ll make stupid mistakes.
Thanks Yigit.
Sorry – I always forget.
Plugins did not affect the issue. Password is below.
This is not at all what I meant. There used to be a field for each specific social media icon in the Team Member module. That field is gone. Please see the link to the screenshot. As you’ll see, there is no URL field below the icon selector, which means there is no way for me to change links to existing URLs or add new ones.
The update to enfold and deactivation of one of my WooCommerce plugins fixed the issue. Thank you.
Should be good to go.
CRAP! Private URL…
Thank you.
I’m sorry I was unclear! I meant on the back end. Screen shot attached.
Front end looks great.
I’d rather you tell me your IP address so I can whitelist it.
Username and PW set in private.
Yes, that’s the instruction I followed, first. I had to use it for most of my sites for this update…
Further, it worked for all, but the builder for the contact page on a different site won’t load. All other builders load on the site. A related issue?
Fantastic, thank you.
That worked! Thank you.
