The latest update also messed up the sliders, but the JavaScript fix worked for this site.
All other layout builders seem to load fine, but the contact page builder keeps scrolling (for days). Is there a patch?

With a clear browser, visiting your site for first time, it did loaded just fine.
Please do clear your cache, to see if that solves your issuesCan u please give us a screenshot of what is not loading maybe?

Did you add any custom scripts inside the contact page? We got the following error when we access that page:
