    Hello.

    I want a custom confirmation message to appear after a user subscribes to my email list, but the default keeps appearing. I wanted to launch this post TODAY so I’m kind of stuck — and frustrated.

    Also the “Send Us Mail” default tends to change back on its own, too. Is this a known glitch? It’s been this way for several generations.

    We created a test page, added one of the MailChimp signup form with a custom Message Sent label text and it’s working. http://veronicakirin.com/test/

    What happens if you remove the pdf link?

    I removed the link and it still displays the default “thank you for subscribing to our newsletter”. Also the link is kind of the critical part, so I’m glad it’s not the issue…

    With regards to the contact form, the default “Send us mail” returns after editing the page again. I have to reenter the custom header every time before updating or it defaults back. It does that on several Enfold websites, not just the one in question.

    Hi,

    I’m sorry for the late response. We are still not sure why the options revert back to the default. Have you tried disabling all plugins?
