The code is being applied wrong (it has type errors):
#top .main_menu .menu > li:last-child > a { padding-right: 0 !important; }Try putting it in the css/custom.css.

Cropping is working as expected, what you need to do is to regenerate the thumbnails after cropping, you can use a plugin like this one for that.

Ok, try with this grid.css i tested locally and it creates a 980px width layout, just like the Abundance one.

You could try at your own risk, the WordPress settings are stored in the wp_options table, the name of the row that contains Enfold settings should be something like ‘avia_options_enfold’.
