Hi,

This may be a bit more of an advanced topic that a nearby developer may be able to help you with, but you can find an FTP client on your hosting server. Or, you can download the popular Filezilla tool here:

https://filezilla-project.org/

You would want to download the client version.

FTP is basically used for the transfer of web files.

Thanks for using Enfold, and thanks for submitting your question. You can remove the dots by removing them via css, however, I’m not seeing the arrows or the dots on the link you sent. Can you check the slider so I can inspect the css?

Hi,

This is an issue that has been reported to the devs so at this moment it is still being looked into, but it is clearly an issue with the API in regards to Enfold if your other API’s are currently operating correctly. Apologies for this issue, but hopefully we can have this resolved soon no matter what end is the culprit.

Apologies, but apparently the issue is from Envato API and I am afraid there is not a lot we can do.
Suggesting to update through FTP is the only possible fix.
