Please, try to delete all theme files. Then upload all new files again over FTP. Just dont forget to backup custom css and custom code lines in function.php if you have any.

I added the font-size just so you can see clearly that the font adjusted.

Simply revert the edit that you made to the php file (Take it back to its original state) and re-upload it via FTP and this should solve your issue. It must be re-uploaded via FTP.

Do you have some malformed custom css that could be preventing the code from running? Try adding Rikards suggested code to the very top of quick css so that it runs first and clear the cache a few times over.

Are you currently running any custom css? Sometimes, if you have custom css that is broken or formed wrong it can interfere with Enfold Options. Also, if possible, please try deactivating all active plugins to see if the issue resolves.
