Are you currently running any custom css? Sometimes, if you have custom css that is broken or formed wrong it can interfere with Enfold Options. Also, if possible, please try deactivating all active plugins to see if the issue resolves.

You have to enable debug mode to see the exact shortcodes:

One way to do this is install the demo on a local install and run the debug mode on there to copy and paste to live.

Add this to quick css:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px)  {
.main_menu ul:first-child > li > a{
line-height:100px!important;
}}

You seem to have already have 240px line-height overwriting this. Locate and remove this and my code should work.

If you install the demo, you should be able to view the shortcodes that were used to produce that. It also may have included some custom css to fully style which can be viewed via the browser inspector.
