Hey Fred,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
.html_header_top.html_header_sticky.html_large.html_bottom_nav_header #main { padding-top: 155px !important; }

JordanMay 19, 2016 at 7:15 pm in reply to: I've tried what "Read This Post" first says… Still can't load Avia Editor #635430Hey strengthcoaching,
I see the issue is only when trying to edit the functions.php file for either the Enfold child or the parent theme and also the other theme you have installed as well.
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,

JordanHi,
The site looks good on my end. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

For requests 1, 2 and 4 this may be possible with CSS code. Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
Number 3 is not possible and would require a lot of customization.

JordanHi,
Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
Best regards,
JordanHi,
Try the following code instead:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px){ #top .phone-info a, .responsive #top .av_header_transparency #header_meta li, .responsive #top #header_meta .social_bookmarks li a { color: #EC1C1C !important; } }
Let me know how it goes!

Yes you absolutely can. You need to turn on the custom CSS class and then you can add any class to the elements you want. You can follow the instructions here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
Let me know if you need further assistance :)

When editing the layout element you can add a custom class to the element. For example, avia-border-layout, then your code will look like this:
.avia-border-layout { border: solid 2px #e1e1e1; padding: 10px; }
If you need further assistance, could you please provide a link and login details to your site, so that we can have a closer look. You can place the information in the Private Content section of your reply.

You can go to Enfold -> Advanced Styling and select the element you wish to style from the drop down selection. Then only adjust the font size.

A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
