    Hi support!

    I already studied the forum including the highlighted post – unfortunately nothing worked. I’ve got another webpage on the same server having no problems after the update. I’ve got no idea what’s causing the troubles. The Enfold option have disappeared, and also the WP menu on the left is not working the way it should. On mouse over it doesn’t show the submenu anymore. Alsow hen I click “select all” in e.g. plugins it doesn’t select the items.

    Please help! Thanks a lot!

    Thanks for getting in touch with us!

    A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
    To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

    Hey jordan!

    Thanks for the support! I’m really sorry that I didn’t check this before, but in the end it was a premium plugin that only provides a one year license, which caused the problem… It was Custom Facebook Feed Pro. Unfortunately I never got a notice, that this would happen…
