Hi,
Thanks for getting back to us!
In the code example Basilis gave you need to add your Facebook Conversion Pixel code and the ID number of the conversion page.
So when adding the code to the header file change the following that is in bold:
<?php if is_page(‘page_id‘); { ?>
the code here
<?php } ?>
If you still need assistance let us know.Best regards,

Please update the theme to the latest version. The version being used for the site is outdated and maybe the reason you are having the issues.
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post).
Let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
JordanHi Volli,

I am unable to view either of the links as they keep redirecting to here:
Please contact your hosting provider to see what is happening.

JordanHi,
To find which plugin may be causing the conflict please follow these steps:
1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Best regards,

The site looks good on my end. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

When building a page using the Avia Layout Builder, you can add the element Partners/Logo Slider. That is what is being used to display the logos there.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

Please try adding this code instead to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { .container .av-content-small.units { width: 110% !important; } aside.sidebar.sidebar_right.alpha.units { display: none !important; } }
Best regards,
JordanHi,
I am also not able to see any error on your site. Please see my screenshot in the private data section.
Try what Vinay suggested again and if the problem still exists, could you please provide some more information as to where the errors are occurring along with screenshots. Login details to your dashboard would help as well.
Best regards,
JordanHey wonderlandmarketing,

JordanHey JWVK,
This means that WordPress is having problems connecting to your database.
First thing you should check is the wp-config.php file in the WordPress folder. You can access it via FTP and ensure that the following information is correct:
define('DB_NAME', 'database-name'); define('DB_USER', 'database-username'); define('DB_PASSWORD', 'database-password'); define('DB_HOST', 'localhost');
Your database-name should match your database name and so on.
Let me know what you find.
