Hi,
Looks like you managed to make the layer slider responsive. Did you adjust the background size settings?
Best regards,
IsmaelHi,
Thanks for the update. The login token has expired. Please set a longer expiry. Did you use the advance layout builder for the shop page?
You should not worry about the notices in the debug log. They’re not fatal or critical so they’re not going to break the site.

IsmaelHi,
I’m sorry for the confusion. You don’t need to put that script. Just keep the previous GA ID in that field and the script above will be generated automatically.

IsmaelHi,
Thank you for using Enfold.
The theme’s Facebook widget is now GDPR compliant. Please try to reconfigure the widget settings. You’ll find new options in the widget’s “Link to facebook:” settings. You may need to re-save the theme options to regenerate the scripts and stylesheets.

IsmaelHi,
Where can we find the previous thread? Try to comment out this line to prevent the slides from restarting.

@Shashahan: Have you tried switching between the Blog Styling options? The previous style is the “Default (Business)”. You can remove the meta info with this css code..avia-content-slider .slide-meta { display: none; }You can reconfigure the heading style in the Advanced Styling panel or the Quick CSS field. The headline in the single post page is located below the featured image when I checked.
@markusgiese: You can find the settings is in the Enfold > Blog Layout panel.Best regards,
IsmaelHi,
What do you mean by “submenu”? Please check the available elements in the Advanced Styling panel. If possible, please create a new thread with the site url and the login credentials.
Best regards,
IsmaelHi!
Thanks for the update. Please provide the login details so that we could test the script. Where could we learn more about the “facetwp-loaded” event? Please provide a link to the plugin’s event documentation or reference.
Cheers!
IsmaelHey matthewnox,
Thank you for using Enfold.
The screenshots don’t load properly. Would you mind if we take a look at the actual product page? Please provide the site url in the private field.

IsmaelHi,
Thank you for using Enfold.
We need to check the site. Please provide the site url and login details in the private field. You should ask your hosting provider to increase the memory limit because some servers do not allow this to be overridden.

IsmaelHi,
Thanks for the update.
Where do you intend to apply the font? If you want to apply it to the body text, you can try something like this.
body { font-weight: 300; }If you intend to use it for the heading tags, try this one instead.
h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 { font-weight: 300; }Best regards,
IsmaelHi,
This code works on our installation. The theme doesn’t load the wp-element scripts and stylesheets when it’s added in the functions.php file. Please view the page source after adding it. Don’t forget to purge the cache and re-minify the scripts and stylesheets after adding the code.

IsmaelMay 31, 2018 at 7:38 am in reply to: Theme update causes issues with custom CSS lightbox functionality #964654Hi,
Thanks for the update. You can move the code from the parent theme’s style.css to the child theme’s style.css file or the theme’s Quick CSS field. After the update, please toggle any theme options and resave it. This will regenerate the script and stylesheets. You may also need to purge the cache or re-minify the js and css.

IsmaelHi,
Thanks for the update.
We adjusted the youtube url format. Please take note of that format (see private field). You may also need to update the theme to version 4.4. It comes with with the video background fix but the current one should play normally now.

IsmaelHi,
Alright. Please feel free to open a new thread if you need anything else. :)

IsmaelHi,
Thanks for the update. The images that I checked are smaller than the others so I actually thought that the css modification worked. We adjusted the code a bit.
.av-hover-grow, .av-hover-grow .avia-image-overlay-wrap a.avia_image { overflow: visible!important; }Best regards,
IsmaelHi,
Thanks for the update. Please provide a link to the pages with that issue. We may need to apply a bottom padding to the main content container. If you want to revert the modifications, just remove the #custom-footer css code from the Quick CSS field.
Best regards,
IsmaelHi,

The modification is now included in the core but there’s no ETA for the patch yet, unfortunately. Please keep the modification for now.

IsmaelHi,
Thanks for the update.
You can try this script in the functions.php file.
add_action('wp_footer', 'ava_custom_script'); function ava_custom_script(){ ?> <script type="text/javascript"> $(document).on('facetwp-loaded', function() { if($.fn.avia_activate_lightbox){ $('body').avia_activate_lightbox(); } }); </script> <?php }You may need to re-save the theme options to regenerate the scripts and stylesheets.
Best regards,
IsmaelHi,
You can upload the screenshot on imgur or dropbox and post it here.

IsmaelHi,
Awesome! Not sure why the option would do that though. Please feel free to open a new thread if you need anything else. :)

IsmaelHi,
That modification worked for other users. We need admin access so that we can modify the theme files. Please provide the FTP detail as well.

IsmaelHi,
The slider loads properly when I deactivate plugins. Please follow these steps:
1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.Best regards,
IsmaelHey webcenter,
Thank you for using Enfold.
A scroll bar is turning on and off while the masonry items are loading. Please disable the css modifications temporarily then check the page again.
Best regards,
IsmaelHey Kyle,
Thank you for using Enfold.
The background image url is invalid because of the css compression. Please toggle the theme’s js and css compression in the Enfold > Performance panel. Just disable it and save the theme options then enable it back.

IsmaelHi,
The issue is not that the blog is not setting the appropriate thumbnail, the actual issue is that the thumbnails of the newest posts are resized differently. Did you adjust the size of the “portfolio” thumbnail recently? We used the recent images for “Ironside Tech Tip: OpenID Connect Integration with Cognos Analytics Part 2” post. The size of the thumbnail is 495x230px instead of 495x300px.
Please reset the featured image of the “6 Key Principles of a Modern FP&A Function” because I forget the name of the actual featured image. Sorry about that.
Best regards,
Ismael -
