There is no option available to open all toggles by default, but you can achieve a similar behavior by adjusting the settings of the Accordion element. In the Accordion element’s Content > Behaviour > Behavior settings, you can select Multiple toggles open allowed (Toggle Mode) to enable the functionality where multiple toggles can remain open at the same time. Users will still have to manually click the toggles to open or close them.

Click for example to Venticinque (boat), you will see the logo firstly but when the page is open the animated numbers still are loading!!

That is the default behavior of the animated numbers element. It will only animate once the page is fully loaded and once it comes into view. The numbers will not start to animate while the page is still loading.

Hello, is there any other method for the login I mean.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Install and activate the “Temporary Login Without Password” plugin. You can find it here.
2. Once activated, navigate to “Users > Temporary Logins” in the left-side menu.
3. Click on “Create New” to generate a temporary login.
4. Enter the email address for the account (you can use wordpress@kriesi.at) and select the highest possible role. Set the expiry date to around four days to ensure enough time for debugging.
5. Click “Submit” to create the temporary account.
6. In the private section, provide us with the URL that allows us to access the temporary login and assist you.

Please note that once your issue is resolved, you can remove the plugin.

Another thing I want to check is that we are using plugin “Structured Data” and seems is not working.

Are you using the actual theme shortcode for the OSM builder element? If so, unfortunately, you won’t be able to override the marker by creating the same folder structure in your child theme and adding different images. However, there is an alternative solution. You can adjust the icon_upload or icon_url parameters of the default OSM shortcode to change the marker icon.

You can add the filename of your desired custom marker image as values of the said parameters. This allows you to use your own custom marker instead of the default one provided by the theme. Remember to upload your custom marker image to your WordPress media library or provide the complete URL to the image file if it’s hosted elsewhere.
