    in reply to: Blog Posts Are Sending People Back To The Home Page #1409943

    Hey bigskyjt,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We were not able to check the page because of “geo-blocking”. Would you mind disabling the country block or whitelist the countries listed in the following page? Screenshots will also help.

    Regarding the Enfold theme options, please ensure that you have set the home and blog page correctly in the Enfold > Theme Options section. Once you have adjusted the options accordingly, you can reset the options in the Settings > Reading panel to their default settings.

    If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please let us know.

    Hey Capo1200,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The following css code should adjust the fullwidth breakpoint of the Tab element. Please add the code in the Quick CSS field and make sure to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings afterwards.

    @media only screen and (max-width: 1024px)  {
    	.responsive .tabcontainer{

    in reply to: First request of HTTP/2 makes the page slow #1409941

    Hey Xiscoj,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    but I have seen that the first request requesting for the HTTP version

    We obtained the same result when testing your site on GTmetrix. The delay you see, which is less than 700ms on our end, is the TTFB (Time to First Byte). This metric represents the duration before the server responds to a request and sends the first byte of a response. It is important to note that the theme itself does not directly influence this metric. Improvements in TTFB can typically be achieved by upgrading your server or implementing a CDN (Content Delivery Network).

    However, it’s worth mentioning that a TTFB of 700ms is still considered good or within the normal range. There is generally no need for significant concern regarding this metric. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please let us know.

    in reply to: Different image sizes in different languages #1409928

    Hey Ina,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    You may need to edit the Image elements on the page and reselect the full-size version of the images. By default, Polylang automatically translates the images and makes them available for use in different languages. If necessary, you only need to translate the media information, such as the title and description.

    in reply to: List Layout for blog post now showing all post. #1409833

    Hey acscreativenew,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    How many entries are not displaying in the list view? Please ensure that you have selected the appropriate categories for the entries to be displayed. To further test this, please create a test page and add the same elements, but this time select only a single category.

    By narrowing down the selection to a single category, you can verify if the issue lies with the category selection or if there are any other factors affecting the display of the entries.

    If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to let us know.

    in reply to: Stylize the image caption font #1409832

    Hey Tanja,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    You can configure the style of the caption such as the font size and overlay in the Styling > Image Caption toggle. You can also add css to adjust the style of the caption even further. To make the caption italic for example, please add this css code.

    .av-image-caption-overlay {
        font-style: italic;
    }

    Please make sure to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings in order to ensure that the changes take effect.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Please use the css code that @Guenni007 provided above. The css rules should adjust the size of the circles and the icons within them. To adjust the line spacing of the description, please include this code.

    in reply to: How to update really old version #1409827

    Hey Carmen!

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    You will have to update the theme manually via FTP and it may need to be done on a clone installation, just so you don’t affect the live site while doing the update. Once everything is up and running in the cloned site, redo the same steps in the live site. To update the theme manually via FTP, please follow these steps:

    1. Create a clone installation of your live site. This will ensure that you don’t affect the live site during the update process.
    2. Access the clone installation using FTP (File Transfer Protocol) or a similar file management tool.
    3. Download the latest version (5.6.2) of the theme from Themeforest.
    4. Unzip the theme files on your local computer.
    5. Connect to the clone installation via FTP and navigate to the directory where the theme files are located. This is typically the “wp-content” > “themes” folder within your WordPress installation.
    6. Upload the updated theme files to the appropriate directory, replacing the existing theme files.
    7. Once the files are uploaded, log in to the admin dashboard of the clone installation.
    8. You may be prompted to run any necessary update routines or migrations. Follow the instructions provided.
    9. Verify that the updated theme is functioning correctly on the clone installation.
    10. If everything is working as expected, repeat the same steps on the live site. However, exercise caution when updating the theme on the live site, as any issues or incompatibilities could affect the site’s functionality.
    11. After updating the theme on the live site, thoroughly test the site to ensure that all features and functionalities are working correctly.

    Please note that updating the theme manually via FTP requires caution. If you’re not comfortable with this process, it’s recommended to seek assistance from a third party developer.

    If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to ask.

    in reply to: OnePager Menu doesn’t work #1409823

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay. Please note that anchors are case-sensitive, so if the ID of the section is in lowercase, e.g., “seminar”, the anchor should be written exactly in the same letter casing. But it’s important to remember that when using the theme, the value of the ID attribute is automatically converted to lowercase. Therefore, it is not possible to use uppercase letters in your anchors. In this case, you will need to replace #Seminars with #seminars.

    If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help you further.

    in reply to: content dissapear when editing #1409818

    Hey josefrancisoa,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Did you add any HTML tags or scripts to the page? It is possible that one of the HTML tags has not been closed properly. Please ensure that all HTML tags are properly closed to avoid any issues with the page layout.

    Additionally, it is recommended to avoid adding scripts and input tags directly in the builder. The builder is primarily designed for adding and organizing content elements, and adding custom scripts or input tags can potentially cause conflicts or unexpected behavior. If you need to add custom scripts or input tags, it is best to consult with a developer or follow the recommended methods such as using the wp_enqueue_script functions and creating custom shortcodes.

    // https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_enqueue_script/
    // https://codex.wordpress.org/Shortcode_API

    If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help you further.

    Hey mickhb,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    This is possible, but please note that making such modifications is beyond the scope of support. By default, the theme is designed to respond and switch to mobile/tablet mode when the screen width is less than 989px. When you zoom out to 50%, you are effectively increasing the visible width of the screen, causing the theme to switch the layout back to the desktop mode.

    If you have any other questions or need further assistance within the scope of support, please feel free to let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.

    in reply to: video background #1409816

    Hey Gianluca,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    What you are seeing is the background color of the video itself, which is determined by the video content. Unfortunately, we cannot directly control this color without editing the video file itself. However, you can try the following steps to address the issue:

    1. Edit the video using a video editing software or tool.
    2. Ensure that the aspect ratio of the video is set to 16:9, which is the standard aspect ratio for most videos.
    3. Once you have made the necessary edits and adjustments, re-upload the updated video to the site.

    By setting the aspect ratio to 16:9, you can ensure that the video displays properly without any additional background color or distortion.

    If you need further assistance or have any other questions, please feel free to let us know. We’re here to help!

    in reply to: change hotspot symbol #1409815

    Hey Stefan,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Yes, this should be possible with CSS modifications. Please add the following code to the Quick CSS field:

    .av-hotspot-container-inner-wrap .av-image-hotspot:nth-child {
        width: 20px;
        height: 20px;
    }

    .av-hotspot-container-inner-wrap .av-image-hotspot:nth-child(1) .av-image-hotspot_inner {
        background: red;
    }

    The first CSS rule adjusts the size of the hotspots, and you can modify the width and height values as needed. The second rule applies a different background color (red in this case) to the first hotspot. If you want to use an image as the background, you can replace the background property with the appropriate CSS code for setting a background image.

    For more information on working with background images in CSS, you can refer to the following resource: https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_background-image.php

    Feel free to customize the code according to your specific requirements. Let us know if you have any further questions or need additional assistance.

    in reply to: Missing files #1409813

    Hey amyteslin,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The files you posted above are actually the scripts for the default editor of WordPress and are not specific to the theme. If you are encountering issues while working with Text Blocks or any elements in the builder that have a text editor, it might be related to those files.

    To troubleshoot the issue, I recommend checking the following:

    1. Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, caching can cause issues with the editor. Clearing your browser cache can help resolve any temporary conflicts.

    2. Disable plugins: Temporarily disable any plugins that might interfere with the editor. This will help identify if a plugin is causing the issue.

    3. Switch to a default theme: Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Three and see if the issue persists. This will help determine if the problem is specific to your current theme.

    4. Update WordPress and theme: Ensure that you are using the latest version of WordPress and the theme. Outdated versions can sometimes cause compatibility issues.

    If the issue persists, please provide more details about the specific problem you are facing, such as error messages or unexpected behavior. This will help in further troubleshooting and providing you with a more accurate solution.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Best regards,

    in reply to: Contact Form and name #1409723

    Hi,

    To make the name appear before the email message, please replace the filter with the following code.

    add_filter("avf_contact_form_autoresponder_mail", function($mail_array, $new_post, $form_params, $class) {
         $mail_array["Message"] = "Hello " . $new_post["1_1"] . " " . $new_post["2_1"] . "!\n" . $mail_array["Message"];

         return $mail_array;
    }, 10, 4);

    Thank you for your patience.
