    Have you tried using the Icon element in the Advance Layout Builder (ALB)? You can also insert the Icon using the shortcode wand if you’re using the classic editor.

    If you don’t like the look of the default email icon, you can upload additional font icons in the Iconfont Manager. Please check the documentation below for more info.

    Where is the server located? The TTFB (Time to First Byte) hovers around 3-5 seconds when we visit the site. This duration represents the time the server takes to send the initial data to my browser (Asia), which is a bit slow. To enhance this, consider improving the performance of the database. You can start by installing a plugin such as WP-Optimize or WP-Sweep to clean up and optimize your database tables. You should also consider subscribing to a Content Delivery Network (CDN) if necessary; however, it will add extra costs to your setup.

    The resize after upload plugin slows things down, so I had it deactivated, but tried it again, and it does slow things down,

    As mentioned earlier, you might need to consider a different plugin if the current one doesn’t enhance the site’s performance. We may need to login to the site in order to further investigate. Please provide the login details in the private field.

    As you click through the other tags across the top, none of the others load there respective first six, and the last tag across the top doesn’t show up until you use the LOAD MORE button on any of them.

    This is the default behavior of the category or tag sorting option. Only items that are present on the page are sortable, and empty tags or categories will not be visible. To work around this limitation, you can disable pagination and increase the number of items displayed on a single page.

    Did you modify the “All Headings (H1-H6)” element in the Advanced Styling panel as well? The current modification is overriding the custom styles for the H3 element. To apply the font-weight changes correctly to H3, consider removing the “All Headings (H1-H6)” modification or adding this code in the Quick CSS field.

    The easiest solution would be to upload images with the same size and aspect ratio. The featured images in the posts above vary widely in size, one is 1210px in width while the other is only 400px. Other options are to edit the enfold/includes/loop-index.php template file and assign a different thumbnail to display in the posts, or use the avf_post_featured_image_link filter.

    Thank you for the update.

    I am guessing that using Enfold compressions, WP Fastest Cache compressions AND AO compressions would not be a good idea. . . I have another thread on that question.

    Using one of the option listed above should be enough, and you don’t have to combine them. The result might differ on each website, so you have to play around with the settings a bit until you get the best result.

    Any idea why it would only be a mobile issue?

    According to the pagespeed insight tool, the images in the site are not compressed and sized properly. Installing an image compression, enabling lazy loading and converting jpeg images to webp should help. And for some reason, the gtag script is loaded twice. Did you install a plugin for Google Tag Manager?

    We created a test page and the audio player is displaying correctly there. We added wav and mp3 files to the audio player. (see private field)

    Have you tried resaving or re-exporting the mp3 files using audio softwares like Audacity?

    We are able to insert additional elements to the portfolio item and update it successfully while the plugins are deactivated. You may need to remove the cache or test it on incognito mode. To find which plugin is causing the conflict, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
