Could you please share a link to one or two of the sites where this issue is occurring? Also, include the login details in the private field.

Have you tried to disable the default compression settings from the theme and instead enable the compression options available in the cache plugin? Enabling both options might be redundant and could potentially lead to issues.

Hey!

To test this, we disabled Autoplay on the Video element. The video has sound by default when played manually, even in mobile view. You cannot control the volume using the video controls, but you can adjust it using the physical volume controls of your phone.

The latest version of the theme (5.6.12) should be fully compatible with version 6.5. We recommend cloning the site to a staging environment, updating the theme there, and then uploading it to the live site. The theme is fully compatible with the WooCommerce plugin and it’s possible to create a custom shop page, but there are certain limitations to it. You can also combine WooCommerce shortcodes with the elements in the Advanced Layout Builder to create custom layouts for the default shop pages. Please check the link below:

It seems strange to me that you say the behaviour is “expected” when in fact it leads to the incorrect images being shown!

There’s actually no issue with the elements. They function as they should, but you’re expecting the Tab Section to recognize the Masonry pagination. Unfortunately, they are not programmed that way, and as we mentioned before, there is no direct correlation between the active tab section and the active pagination. Once the page refreshes, the tab section will automatically open the initial tab, not the tab where the Masonry element is located or the section where pagination is clicked, which is why you don’t see the images that you’re expecting.

It cant be used with a Gallery in each of the tabs unless you show all images in all tabs by default

Yes, that is correct. Unfortunately, this is one of the limitations of the Tab Section element.
