    I’m sorry but 118 error is not a theme related issue at all. Like Josue, I can’t reproduce the issue that you have. I was able to logged on to the website. I even created a test page:

    Please try to renew your ip address. See if that helps.

    1.Get to a command prompt in your startup menu and type: cmd
    now you are in command mode
    2.type: “ipconfig/release” (without the quotes ,on the command line by itself)
    3.type: “ipconfig/renew” (without the quotes ,on the command line by itself)

    Please edit a portfolio item then look for Overwrite Portfolio Link setting. Set it to define custom link. Add the url of the video or image on Link portfolio item to external URL field.

    You’re using a very old version of the theme, 2.4.2, which is not compatible with WordPress 4.0. Please download the latest version 3.0.2 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Since you didn’t update the theme, expect a few changes after the update. You need to adjust the options or configure the theme elements from scratch. Please update the theme every time a new patch is available.

    Why do you want to enable the parent theme if you’re already using the child theme which the best way to work with WordPress? You can export the theme settings file on Enfold > Import/Export panel. After the export, switch to the parent theme then import the settings file back. Please create a backup or restore point before doing this, just in case. Please visit Envato Studio or Werkpress for further customization.

    Regarding the slider, please use the Fullwidth Easy Slider instead of the Layer Slider since you’re not using fancy animations or anything complicated. Set the Slideshow Image and Video Size to No Scaling. Please download the latest version from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP.     We are very sorry for the delay. There are multiple instances of Enfold themes on your installation. Please delete those that aren’t being used. Deactivate all plugins then update the theme to version 3.0.2. Test the lightbox again before you reactivate the plugins.

    Unfortunately, you can’t set a specific width for the table rows and column. The size of the rows will depend on the size of the content. The table is set like this to keep it responsive. You can create your table manually using html code.

    You can create a custom widget area on Appearance > Widgets. Choose this as the sidebar of a specific post on Layout > Sidebar Setting. This will be a bit difficult to manage if you have a lot of posts. If you’re looking to dynamically edit the sidebar for each posts, I’m sorry but we won’t be able to help you with that.

    Why is it located on the wp-includes folder? Please try to use the absolute url or directory name of the fonts. Something like:

    I’m not sure what you want to improve on the author page but you can edit the author.php, includes > loop-author.php and includes > loop-about-author.php file if you want to change or add any modifications. If you want a sidebar on this pages, you can enable it on Enfold > Sidebar Settings > Sidebar on Archive Pages. I’ll ask Josue to take a look.

    Please post a screenshot of what you’re trying to create. Use imgur, dropbox, clipular etc. You can add a background image on Enfold > General Styling > Body Background panel if you’re using the boxed layout.

    I am not sure why the other language’s front page redirects to the blog or news page. I tried to flush the permalinks settings then rename the Start page to something else but it’s still not working. I also noticed that the “chinese start” page is blank, is that intended? I’ll ask Dude to take a look.

    Did you add any modifications on .htaccess file?
