Hey!
Please add this on Quick CSS or custom.css to force the alignment of the social icons and the switcher to default:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #header .social_bookmarks { width: auto; } .responsive #header .sub_menu, .responsive #header_meta .sub_menu>ul { width: auto; text-align: left; } }Best regards,
IsmaelNovember 3, 2014 at 8:38 am in reply to: Contact Navigation Menu Item falling far below nav when browser size is reduced #345156Hi!
Thank you for the update. Looks like you posted the wrong the screenshot. That is for the footer widgets issue. I checked the site again and the mobile menu is now showing earlier. I don’t see the Contact menu item issue now.
Cheers!
IsmaelNovember 3, 2014 at 8:36 am in reply to: How do we lower the logo so that it overlaps the menu below? #345154Hey!
Right now the logo size is 106 × 120px which is the default logo size of your image, means no css width or height manipulation. What is the actual size of your logo?
Cheers!
IsmaelHi!
Please add this below:
.header-scrolled strong.logo { position: relative; top: -1px; }Regards,
IsmaelHey!
Sorry for the misunderstanding. Looks like the option is not working. Tested on my installation as well. Please use this as a temporary solution to remove the featured image on that single post:
.postid-3517 .big-preview.single-big { display: none; }I’ll report the issue to Kriesi.
Cheers!
IsmaelHey!
Please visit Envato Studio or Werkpress. You can also find developers on oDesk.com or Freelancer. We’re not entirely sure about GoDaddy. You can try Bluehost or Media Temple. Use your best judgement.
Regards,
IsmaelHi!
Thank you for the update.
Go to Enfold > Footer > Copyright field. Add the [nolink] tag plus the html code for the footer link.
[nolink]<a href="http://kriesi.at">kriesi.at</a>Regards,
IsmaelHi!
Please provide a link to the actual product page with the issue. We would like to check it. All 3 products that I have seen so far looks fine.
Best regards,
IsmaelHey!
Did you install the layer slider as a stand alone plugin? You need to disable the default layer slider that is included within the theme. Please deactivate the layer slider plugin first then add this on functions.php:
add_theme_support('deactivate_layerslider');Reactivate the layer slider. Let us know if it works.

IsmaelNovember 3, 2014 at 7:56 am in reply to: How do we show portfolio thumbnails in sidebar widget? #345133Hey!
You can add the categories attribute on the portfolio grid shortcode. If you want to know the category id, go to the Portfolio Items > Portfolio Categories panel. The shortcode should look like this:
[av_portfolio categories='24' columns='3' one_column_template='special' items='16' contents='yes' preview_mode='auto' image_size='portfolio' linking='' sort='yes' paginate='yes']No, you can’t pull images on the grid. Unfortunately, this particular request or modification is more than what we can offer as a support team. This task is simply beyond the scope of support and is not a theme related issue. Please hire a freelance developer or find a third party plugin that coincide with the theme. For further modifications, please visit Envato Studio or Werkpress.
If you have any further questions about the theme, we are more than happy to provide you with assistance on these inquiries. Thank you for your understanding.

I cleaned your css code on the Quick CSS field. Let’s work on the Concept section first. I added this code on the Quick CSS:
div#concept .container {height: 100% !important;width: 100% !important; max-width: none !important; padding: 0; display: block !important;} div#concept.avia-section.av-minimum-height .container .content { display: block !important; }Check the section here: http://www.lafabrique-bayonne.com/
You can apply the same css selectors on the other section.

Yes, that would be great. You can use mediafire or dropbox. Share the link on another thread. Thanks. :)
Best regards,
IsmaelHi!
I can’t see the code anywhere on the custom css. Please add it again on Quick CSS or custom.css then purge the plugin cache or deactivate it.
Best regards,
IsmaelHi!
It is working. Please remove browser cache then reload the page a few times.

IsmaelHi!
Please try to replace the video embed code with the video shortcode to enable the dynamic width and height calculation of the iframe.
Best regards,
IsmaelHi!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Please try to use the quotation marks on Text / HTML mode.
Cheers!
IsmaelHi!
The update might change the layout a bit because of the new grid system but toggling the theme options as Yigit suggeted should fix it right away. You should deactivate any cache and minify plugin first. Did you add any css modifications regarding this elements? Please delete any css codes that manipulates grid, columns or containers etc. Please update the theme every time a new available patch is available to avoid this issues in the future.

Thank you for the update.
I checked the page http://dpat.com/dpatrick/home-for-support-1/ on my mobile device and the mobile navigation is working fine along with the alternate section buttons. Which specific menus are not working?
Regards,
IsmaelHi!
The arrow is not a link by default. It’s just a design to indicate that there are other content below the section. If you want to add a link on the arrow, please hire a freelance developer. Unfortunately, this particular request or modification is more than what we can offer as a support team. For further modifications, please visit Envato Studio or Werkpress.

IsmaelHi!
Thank you for the update.
You didn’t install the suggested plugins above. Please install the plugins then we’ll check it for you. I checked the site on Firefox and the diacritics symbols looks fine. Yes, a Czech translation for Enfold would be great. :)
Regards,
IsmaelHey!
@c3computers: It look deLIGHTful! Good job. :)@spk8: Website looks nice but can use some website optimization to increase the page loading speed. Try to install cache and minifying plugins then optimize the images. :)

IsmaelHi!
Please place the avia.js file inside the js folder on the child theme. The directory should be enfold-child > js > avia.js.

IsmaelHi!
You should probably resize the logo first to the size that you want it to show on desktop then upload it as logo again. We can then resize it better on smaller screens. The size of the logo on desktop view is 436 x 116 px.
Cheers!
IsmaelHey!
Your version of Firefox is very old. That version has been released on the year 2010. It’s like a dinosaur. Please update your firefox browser.

IsmaelHi!
If you’re referring to the video background on the services page, yes, you can replicate that using the Color Section. All other elements can be reproduce with the advance layout builder.

IsmaelHi!
Looks like you added a custom css code to hide the footer widgets. Please remove this css code:

Please try to deactivate the default layer slider first. Add this on functions.php:
add_theme_support('deactivate_layerslider');Install the layer slider as a stand alone plugin. Note that we will not be able to provide support for any issues regarding the layer slider if you use it as a stand alone plugin.

IsmaelHey!
If you have any additional questions at this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.
Thanks!
