Hey El_Chapo!
Thank you for using Enfold.
The page analysis doesn’t work with the advance layout builder but search engine can still properly recognize the content of the site. Please refer to this link: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/yoast-seo-and-special-heading/#post-349204
Cheers!
IsmaelNovember 23, 2014 at 9:29 am in reply to: Topic is closed but issue isn't solved – Special Heading thin font doesn't work #356143Hi ireznek!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Which font are you trying to use? I checked the site and the h1 tags are created using the text block instead of the special heading element. You can try this on Quick CSS:
h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, #top .title_container .main-title, tr.pricing-row td, #top .portfolio-title, .callout .content-area, .avia-big-box .avia-innerbox, .av-special-font, .av-current-sort-title { font-family: 'Open Sans', 'HelveticaNeue', 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 400; }A link to the actual page with the special heading and a screenshot of the issue will help.
Best regards,
IsmaelHey!
Sorry for the delay. I added the fix on the .htaccess file but the icons are still missing. Please download the latest version 3.0.4 then update the theme again. I hope this time it works.
Best regards,
IsmaelHi plugmedialtd!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Please refer to this link: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/shortcodes-not-working-4/#post-317813
Best regards,
IsmaelHey!
Thank you for the update.
I think you misunderstand the purpose of debug mode of the advance layout builder. When you set the ALB to debug mode, you’ll be able to see the actual shortcodes of pages made with the advance layout builder. I created a test page and the shortcode wand is working fine:
http://magazinschmiede.de/wp-admin/post.php?post=3627&action=edit&message=6
Note that some of the shortcodes are disabled when you are on a text block editor or other elements. If you want to generate the shortcodes of the iconbox and promobox, create a temporary page or post then switch to the Default Editor.
Best regards,
IsmaelHey!
If you have any additional questions at this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing. If possible, please translate the new inquiry to english so that every moderator can understand it. From what I understand, you’re having trouble with the mega menu. Please provide a link to the actual website and a screenshot of the issue.
Thanks!
Best regards,
IsmaelHi hobeadmin!

I’m sorry but you’re using an old version of the theme. Please download the latest version 3.0.4 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. After the update, please upgrade WordPress to 4.0.1. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

IsmaelNovember 23, 2014 at 9:04 am in reply to: Mobile/tablet logo resizes on scroll while header height is fixed? #356131Hi Ralph12!
Thank you for using Enfold.
I’m sorry but I don’t think I can see the issue. If possible, please provide a screenshot. If you’re referring to the header resize when you scroll down, you can disable that behavior on Enfold > Header > Header behavior. Disable the Shrinking Header.
Best regards,
IsmaelHey!
Not sure why it’s not working on the child theme. Anyway, unfortunately, for now you will have to do it every update.
Best regards,
IsmaelHey!
I’ll ask Kriesi to check this thread again. Maybe he missed it because he’s very busy right now.
Cheers!

You can edit single.php. Try to use the do_shortcode function or add the html code of the fullwidth slider directly.

I’m sorry but the error comes from a plugin called wordbooker. Make sure that the plugin is compatible with 4.0.1. As stated on our support policy, we don’t provide support for third party plugins. Please contact the plugin author.

IsmaelHi!
Since you set the slider dimension to 100% with the height of 400px, you should probably use images with dimensions close to that size. You can also use different sliders on different screens sizes using css media queries and custom css class. Refer to this link on how to hide or show specific elements on different screen sizes using custom css class and media queries:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/is-there-an-option-to-create-a-separate-page-design-specific-to-mobile-devices/

IsmaelHi Hyperopic!
Thank you for using Enfold.
You can set the Header visibility and transparency to Transparent & Glassy header. Control the opacity with this on Quick CSS or custom.css:
#top .av_header_glassy.av_header_transparency .header_bg { background-color: #fff; opacity: 0.6; filter: alpha(opacity=60); }Best regards,

IsmaelHi alvinhy!
Thank you for using Enfold.
You can enable the title on Element Title and Excerpt setting. Regarding the custom fields, unfortunately, this requires modification that is beyond the scope of support. Please hire a freelance developer.

IsmaelHi!
Contents of the page including the shortcodes are saved on the database but if you want to manually copy the content, you can switch the advance layout builder to debug mode. Please refer to this link: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Best regards,
