    Hi Guys,
    I had to open a new thread as the original was closed. My issue wasn’t solved under that original thread but it was closed, so I have no chance asking about it there.

    Please find the original thread below on the link.
    https://kriesi.at/support/topic/special-heading-thin-font-type-changes-to-helvetica-when-i-log-out-of-wp-admin/

    My problem is that the special heading thin font doesn’t show when l am logged out of the WP admin panel. It appears with the same font face like the rest of the page… Could you help me out please?

    Hi ireznek!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Which font are you trying to use? I checked the site and the h1 tags are created using the text block instead of the special heading element. You can try this on Quick CSS:

    h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, #top .title_container .main-title, tr.pricing-row td, #top .portfolio-title, .callout .content-area, .avia-big-box .avia-innerbox, .av-special-font, .av-current-sort-title {
    font-family: 'Open Sans', 'HelveticaNeue', 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;
    font-weight: 400;
    }

    A link to the actual page with the special heading and a screenshot of the issue will help.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,

    Thank you for your response. I have exactly the same problem as the other participant in the previous thread. I am trying to use the following options which i assume should result in having the thin font type for those headings.

    Special heading
    – Heading Type is set to “H1”
    – Heading Style is set to “Heading style modern (Centered)”
    – Heading Size is set to “50”

    The whole thing works as it should when I am logged into WP Admin but when I log out, it stops showing the thin modern style.

    Best wishes,
    Steve

    Hi!

    as Ismael already mentioned: Please provide us a link to your website, as well as a screenshot of the issue.
    Also deactivate all plugins to see which on could cause the problem.

    Best regards,
    Andy
