March 24, 2014 at 1:57 pm in reply to: Site not working for numerous people – Slideshow related? #242061
Hi Ismael,
Thanks for the follow up. I have deactivated the loading screen and will ask users to try again.
I realise you are not my personal developer here, but could you offer me any immediate suggestions as to why the site is taking a long time to load, its not particularly plugin heavy. My assumption is my large images are possibly too big?
I have searched for optimum image size posts but I’m still a little unclear here. Would you be kind enough to share your views on what res I should upload full screen and banner style images at please?
2.6.1 update installed and all fixed. Thank you!
Any Enfold Team info available here at all guys? Still looking wrong :(
Hi, could I ask what the latest is here please?
I’d be interested in any general feedback or comments on our new Enfold site for our cover band. Any glaring issues or ways to do things better?
Thanks to the Kriesi and team for a such an amazingly good theme. Your updates have also been superb.
Ok, so I added a fresh and new fullscreen slider to a test page on my site, rendered it in IE8 and it’s still not showing up. Should this be happening, following the theme updates?

I am having the same issue, I put the site live a few days ago and had three emails so far saying people cant see the site. It’s definitely the slider causing issues.
I have tried the fixes mentioned in the thread and I am using 2.5.2 but issues still remain. Are there any other suggestions at this stage?
I also didn’t know what you meant by “reset the settings” on that page.
Found the same issue, but awaiting 2.5.1. Thanks guys. And overall, GREAT update! Thank you!

Hi, I have since taken this form down. I will come back to you again should I reinstate it. Thank you.

Many thanks will take a look.
I hate playing with code though. It would be great if these options were available in the Enfold menu.
Cheers.
I want to use pricing tables for sure, I have just had to delete the description column and compact the content into the indivudual rows on each column. Not ideal but I see the challenge of trying to make these fit for mobile devices.
I also tried using a regular table format but Enfold seemed to put the rows and headings in the wrong order on mobile devices.
Best solution so far = Use pricing tables but with no description column.
Thank you for your help.
That’s a perfect example. If you look at the Enfold demo link you posted on an iPhone, for example, you do not see the description column of the pricing table. Why is this?
Ok thank you for letting me know.
